We cannot say enough good things about Ralvis. Our 10 year daughter absolutely loves it. Her strength AND self confidence have grown so much over the last two months.
As a parent, we appreciated Dan sitting down with us and going over everything, including our daughter in every conversation to make sure she was engaged and committed.

Ralvis delivers results. My daughter entered the program with strong basketball fundamentals but needed improvement in speed, agility, and strength. After ONE session, the coaches identified where her running technique needed improvement and began correcting it through focused strategies.

This is an AWESOME gym!! My son has thoroughly enjoyed the work outs and the coaching he's received here. There are top notch quality trainers and coaches that are passionate about helping people reach and exceed their expectations and goals. Within just 5 months my son's vertical went from a 15.4 to a 19.3. He plays on the offensive line so this was a great improvement for him. I can't say enough about thus place. Nothing but good things to say about this Gym. The coaches are amazing and patient. They’re engaging, energetic and very attentive during the workouts. During workouts everyone is so encouraging and coaches are good about explaining exercises and demonstrating. Judgement free zone and everyone is there to get better. I have worked out at Ralvis for 5 weeks. It has become my favorite part of the day. In the beginning I was nervous about working out in a small group with males and females. It has been the best experience! Everyone I have met at Ralvis has been encouraging, supportive, and friendly. They now feel like family. I had worked out with the owners of RALVIS a long time ago before RALVIS was a thing. I was a college athlete about ten years ago, and hadn’t actually worked out in a few years. I noticed my body starting to feel heavy and worn down and wanted to do something about it.
Having worked out with them before, I knew RALVIS was/is the best in the business.
They are super personal, we met, laid out a workout/nutrition plan and set a goal to lose 14lbs in a month. With their guidance, I crushed it. I lost 17lbs, lost 6% body fat, and gained 2.2lbs of muscle. From 273 to 256, 30% to 24%.
Not to mention the nutrition plan is easier than you think. They will go over what you like to eat, how to eat, and make it as easy as possible for you. It isn’t the lifestyle change you think it would be.
So if you were like me, someone used to working out in the past and getting back into it, or if you are completely new to the whole thing, rest assured RALVIS is the best. Give them a shout!

I’ve been training at Ralvis Training Center for about a month, and my experience has been outstanding. The gym itself is well-equipped with all the necessary machines, free weights, and clean facilities. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, there’s something for everyone here.
What really sets this gym apart, though, are the personal trainers. My trainer, Ethan, is extremely knowledgeable and has tailored my workouts to my specific goals. They not only focus on proper technique and form, but they also encourage and push me to improve each session. I've seen significant progress in both strength and endurance thanks to their guidance. I reached my first weight loss goal at 3 weeks!
The training sessions are challenging but never overwhelming, and the trainers are always available for advice, even outside of scheduled sessions. It’s clear they are passionate about fitness and genuinely care about their clients’ success.

It was out of my comfort zone and the workouts were new to me, so i was clueless and nervous day 1. Let me tell you, the coach's ( Haylee and Cash) and the owner Coach Dan are very genuine, positive and results driven people. I highly recommend Ralvis as well as the 6 week training program! I love all of the coaches and they are so helpful in pushing me and making sure my form is correct and I get the most out of training. RALVIS has been my go-to since 2017-2018, and I’ve loved my entire experience there! I started as a high school basketball athlete, went off to play college basketball for five years, and they have taken care of my training every summer when I’m back home since. When I first came in, I was not confident at all in the weight room, due to past experiences with other trainers, but I can proudly say that has completely changed through work with the trainers at RALVIS! They are always walking around, checking form, and correcting it, if needed. Whenever you are introduced to a new lift, you are taught how to do it and then put through practice to prevent any injuries. The overall atmosphere is the most encouraging you can get!
Further than just training, it has always been obvious that the trainers care about each athlete and their success in their sport or whatever other endeavor they choose to pursue. Even after my college athletic career, they are helping me transition into a “new world” without my sport and all aspects of how to continue to lead a healthy life after! Coach Dan, Coach Ripp, and all other trainers always make the gym feel like a second family. I honestly couldn’t imagine training anywhere else over the years.

Ralvis Rocks!!! I started a 6 week program on Jan 2, 2023 for weight loss, fitness, and improving my overall health. I'm 50 years old, 6'4, and overweight. I really needed a coach to help keep me motivated and on point with nutrition. I started seeing results in 2 weeks and started feeling better in 3 weeks. Coach Dan and Coach Rip know what they're doing and tailor your workouts to help you meet your goals. All of the coaches there are positive and are a fun team to be around. One of the things I really like about this gym is that the people that are in there are working and WORKING HARD. No one is in there worried about how they look in their LuLu Lemon outfit or the sweat stains that they may be getting on their shirts - It's about changing your life through fitness improvements. After the 6 weeks was over, I was so pleased with the results, that I continue to train with them. As of this review, I have lost 45 lbs since Jan 2nd, and I feel like a million bucks! I can't say enough good things about Ralvis!

I’m 46 years old and have undergone cancer treatments. I have to say my bones and muscles aren’t the same anymore. I still wanted to get back to working out, but, finding a gym and trainer that can and will work with your physical limitations was a bust until I found Ralvis Training Center.
I highly recommend this gym and it’s wonderful coaches to anyone who wants to get back in the shape. With daily accommodations, the coaches at Ralvis has helped to make sure I heal injuries and help me push through workouts. There is nothing like Ralvis out there. There truly aren't enough good things to say about RALVIS. The coaches and support community I've built have helped me get into the best shape I've been in in a long time, maybe ever. The pre-planned workouts are so intentional and the way the coaches want to help you take care of yourself physically, along with the added nutrition aspect, is phenomenal! You get the support system of a group workout, with the expertise, motivation, and personalization of a coach. I ain't no spring chicken and the coaches take time to show me exercises, stretches, and tips that can help keep my specific body healthy, feeling good, and ready to train so I don't derail due to injury. Coach Dan is my primary coach, but that goes for all coaches; their willingness to provide individual help and then proactively follow up with each person to see how they are progressing is top notch! The community is extremely supportive while pushing each other to be their best; plus this provides accountability many of us need that you won't find other places. Being a member at RALVIS takes the guesswork out of your fitness and nutrition journey and provides the support system you need to stick with it and be successful on that journey! You still gotta work hard, but if you come to RALVIS to put that work in, I guarantee you'll see results! I joined Ralvis after Thanksgiving 2022. I committed 4 days a week. The Ralvis experience has exceeded my expectations. I meet at 5am and we have a pre-printed workout. Coach Dan shows us how to do each part and is constantly reinforcing and cheering us on. The workouts change every 4th week so the routine never gets stale and my body is always being challenged. Whether you have any experience or not, you will fit in here. I cannot think of anything better you can invest in, than bettering your own health. Coach Dan can modify your program to fit your abilities and help you reach your health goals.

I have always loved to go to Ralvis waking up nearly every morning just excited for the day because I get to go and not just to lift weights but also to know the proper form to run, get better at my sport. I personally do discuss and I got excellent coaching by them helping improve my personal best up 14ft. And if I get hurt or need to improve my form they are right beside me helping me. And once I sadly leave I felt accomplished knowing that I had improved that day. But thank you Ralvis and all the coaches.

I want to start off saying that I have been active and working out my entire life. I have done gymnastics as a child, cheerleading from jr. high through college, competitive running, and also competed in bikini competitions. Out of all the coaches, trainers, and workout programs I have been on, RALVIS has by far been my FAVORITE!! I came to RALVIS after being out for some time due to my autoimmune. I was looking for a place that was fun, encouraging, energetic, gave accountability, but also expected hard work from me. RALVIS has exceeded my expectations in many ways. I look forward to my workouts everyday. I have changed the way my body looks and my clothes fit better, and I couldn’t be more proud. Coach Rip and the rest of the coaching staff are so knowledgeable. They are always watching to help you to succeed and get the most out of your workout EVERY SINGLE DAY! They will catch errors or bad form and educate you on what to do better or the correct way to work the muscle being targeted. Coach Rip and Coach Dan check in on you and see how you are doing mentally and physically. I hurt myself and I told Coach Rip and he asked me questions and tested some things out to figure out what I had going on so he could treat me specifically for my problem. I was back in no time. I can’t say enough good things about this gym, the equipment provided, and the coaching staff. It is all SUPERB!! I have also made some life long friends from my workout group and the sweet intern Morgan. RALVIS has become my family and I cannot imagine going anywhere else!! I 100% HIGHLY RECOMMENDED RALVIS Training Center! You will not be disappointed!

I want to share what I have experienced at RALVIS. Coach Steff and Coach Dan are dedicated to each athlete. They are active in our workouts daily, providing encoragement, watching your form and making corrections, asking each of us about how our bodys are feeling and making adjustments in the exercise if needed. These guys care and genuinely want to see you suceed. My classmates are awesome, we push and support each other and laugh a lot! I love my RALVIS experience... my RALVIS Family!
