Absolutely love it. I grew up in a home where I biked competitively. I found a cycle class previously and loved it. I then found Self-Cycle through a student of mine and fell in love. Olivia's teaching and ride style works wonders and I come back for more each week! Won't be cheating on you, Olivia, with another instructor! Great vibes, great people, great workouts. Give it a try and thank me later! It's my 10th ride and I don't wanna go anywhere else but down for those bar presses and up for the calf stretches! Go and grow!

You won’t find a better sound system in NWA. Really terrific energy in here— a spin techno bass cave where you can let it all go. Welcoming fellow riders, inspiring instructors (shoutout Olivia), and great owners likely to be riding next to you with a smile. Go!!

SELF Cycle is the best cycling studio in NWA. The music, energy, lights and, most importantly, the community is infectious. Being surrounded by the community I built from SELF was my favorite part of my senior year at the University. Everyone is welcome….come ride here.

Self Cycle truly is a place that feels like a home away from home. Every time I step through those doors, I am greeted with amazing energy and positive reinforcement that stays with me throughout the week. I absolutely love the staff, and they continue to pour love into me and into the studio. I have never been into working out, but Self Cycle made me realize I had just never found the right place. I found my place, and my people, at Self Cycle.

Self cycle is an awesome group cycle experience and super fun!! The energy that everyone brings to this class is unmatched! Everyone is so excited to be there it feels as much like a party as it does a wonderful workout! The instructors are genuine and very authentic, they always recognize member accomplishments and are the best warm and welcoming crew! They take each others classes and join in the enthusiastic chory, claps, and the whole class somehow stays in sync with it all the time-the members will often initiate the claps because you can tell they are just vibing and comfortable in the safe space self cycle has created! Such a fun surprise!! Best lights and music around!! 100% recommend!

My husband and I had a great experience at Self Cycle! The studio was easy to find, and we were greeted by staff at the front desk and introduced to what self cycle was all about. The studio itself is cooled down quite a bit which is nice when you get warm(which is quickly lol). The bikes were smooth, room lights are super neat, and the music choices were great! The instructor even gave us some delicious oranges after class which was so sweet.
I would recommend this cycle studio to others!

Self Cycle is unlike any other spin studio I've ever been to or worked at. You ride to the beat of the music and are encouraged to do what works for your body... no judgement... no shaming... no front row best row BS. When you walk in- you are met by people who actually welcome you and want to get to know you. The bikes ride so smoothly and they have shoes for you to rent if you don't own clip ins. The lights in the studio move with the music, help set the vibe and really add to the energy of the room.
