I just attended a Barre class taught by Beth Hovis at Soul Shine. It was wonderful!!! I am blown away at the value that Soul Shine is providing. I travel often and attend fitness classes at many other places. Soul Shine is very inexpensive and goes over the top in their offerings and services. If you are a Jonesboro local and have not given them a try you are missing out!

Great experience - clean, friendly, & welcoming space. They have an open gym, as well as classes taught by professionals. I love the classes personally, especially since I’m just starting out. I’m able to follow an expert and workout all in one ! Highly recommend

This a very cool place to workout, take yoga classes, dry sauna and even a cold plunge. Once it's complete it will be one of the best places in Jonesboro to workout!!!

I tell you what the staff at Soulshine studios has done a great job of not only providing top notch yoga classes, But they have done an Outstanding job of creating a yoga experience that is unmatched inside the studio as well as outside in the common areas. The space they have created is inviting and makes me wanna show up early and to hang after class to chit chat or to get a drink at the bar. I know that this is just the beginning of Soul Shine Studios long story and I look forward to growing and evolving as a Yogi along with Soul Shine Studios.

I love all the options at Soul Shine. There are unheated, warm and hot yoga classes. And I'm so happy they have classes after 6pm so I can go after work.
