Both my sons (12 and 15yrs old) train with Anni and Xander, it has been great, both take training seriously and is always on time and works them hard for the session length. Their flexibility on time also makes it easy for me to schedule classes every week.

This gym is unlike any other. It is family. My son has been going since August 2022. He in one year has changed to a student failing to top of his class. He has also gain confidence and respect. He loves going and has kept up the classes and completed some competition as a gold winner. I'm so happy we made the choice for him to join the TCB family.
I have also joined the beginner's class and found myself being confident again and working hard then every before because I have enegery and focus. I haven't felt this great with my mind and body in 10 years.

I was looking for a place for my grand kids, we planned to visit several martial arts programs. We went to TCB first. After hearing Aaron Kimbal was running the place we looked no further. Me and my father joined when i was 14, best decision ever. Aaron Kimball is the real deal. The team and gym has evolved in so many amazing ways since then. I trained here for about 8 months before having to move out of the area. To put it simply, in my opinion, this is absolutely the best MMA gym in NWA. If you are looking for somewhere to push yourself to the limit then this is the place for you, but not only will you find and improve your limits here, you will also find a family who is more than willing to help you improve yourself as both a person and a martial artist. 5/5 would recommend.

Thankful, grateful, blessed. Every single time I walk into TCB the energy, people, and overall environment give me ALL THE FEELS. The kindness, strength, and intentional training I receive is hands down the best I’ve encountered in years. Even as a group fitness trainer!! I'm a combat veteran and long time MMA practitioner. As well as full time survival instructor for one of the larger survival schools in the world. And I've trained with Aaron Kimball and TCB on a number of occasions. And I can honestly say he is one the deadliest men I've ever met. Aaron Kimball and the instructors he works with - Jehiah Burchfield, Veral Noland, Bill Pierce ( to name a few) - not only teach you world-class technique but they also teach you to be a world class person. I began my TCB experience as a teenager and the confidence, determination, and focus that was built into me by AK and his staff correlated into my academic and professional career.

Im now 28, living as an Expat snd carry TCB in my heart throughout my world travels and work to maintain the integrity that was forged into my character.

I highly recommend TCB to anyone who wants a killer workout with none of the filler, I recommend TCB to someone who needs structured training but open minded instructors, I especially recommend TCB to anyone who's teenage kids are going through that rebellious stage in life and need a little help pushing them into a more conscious state of mind.

Wow! Visiting From out of town and with 40 years martial arts experience including five years fighting proffessionly, I was looking for a safe but intense sparring experience. Typically difficult for an unknown fighter to be welcomed in. Owner, Head Instructor Aarron was incredibly welcoming and We were able to have a fantastic combative experience with no injury's. Clearly , he had lots of self control allowing me to fight hard but giving me a pass by not cutting me in half with his kicks. Anyone that walks into TCB Fight Factory would get much more than a trainer. They would get a Sensei and a friend.
