Our quaint, private Pilates studio features six reformer machines and offers personalized sessions led by Certified Balance Body instructors. Julie Wilson our founder holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Arkansas State University. With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, she is focused on developing functional strength through the Pilates Method of resistance training and core strengthening.

TWL is the BEST! Julie is an incredible instructor and creates a welcoming, encouraging and safe environment. As someone who has never enjoyed working out before, pilates is a game changer and is something I genuinely look forward to doing. The workouts are so effective and customized to your fitness level.
I expected the physical changes I'm seeing, but didn't so much expect the mental changes, like growth in confidence and self-discipline, and being proud of my body for what it can do. I've been to a few studios in various states and this is easily my favorite!
(Warning though if you start pilates, it may become your entire personality)
