We spent 3 years with Turning Pointe Dance Center. My daughter danced competitively under Ms. Heather. Our first season was a positive experience, but the next two were a steady decline. I have taken 2 years to write this review because I didn’t want to come from a place of hurt or anger. I am writing this now because I want to strongly encourage people to do their homework when it comes to putting their child in ANY studio. Understand that not everything is as it appears online. This studio has a very difficult time retaining their competitive dancers and staff year after year. This is not a coincidence.

Definitely recommend Turning Pointe Dance Center! They strive for a family friendly environment & making sure every dancer is learning& practicing kindness & respect. In class, costumes, and interactions. We couldn’t be more thankful for the support they provided in keeping our daughter dancing while our middle kiddo prepared and recovered from open heart surgery. The going on 6 years we have been here, they have only continued to nurture the environment they strive for.

TPDC is one of my daughter’s favorite places to go to. She looks forward to attending her classes and dancing away. This is our second year being there and I am so glad we ran into them. The teachers are AWESOME, and I can tell by how my daughter’s flexibility and moves have gotten better throughout time. If you are thinking of putting your kid into dance I truly recommend TPDC, you will not feel out of place, you will feel included, and most importantly your child will love it. Thanks TPDC team for all you do.

My daughter has been here for 3 years now and we love it!!! The teachers are amazing. The dance comps are so fun to watch and always brings me joy watching my daughter and her fellow dancers compete on stage. I feel there is no better dance center and they represent NWA very well and with the upmost respect. Thank you Heather!!!

This is the first year for my daughter to attend hip hop classes here and it's now time for their dance recital... TPDC has been so unprofessional when it comes to ordering tickets and flowers. I called to be sure our tickets were reserved for the recital and whoever answered the phone went on and on about every excuse in the book they had as to why they hadn't sent out an invoice to reserve tickets. Along with interrupting anything I had to say to her. We wont be attending this place again.

My daughter (now 15) has been dancing since she was 6 years old. The difference in her technique once she switched to this studio was amazing. And the positive environment and friendships she has made add to our love for Turning Pointe!

After spending a large portion of her infancy in pandemic lockdown, my little one was afraid of people and places. I found a mommy & me class at Turning Pointe and it was just what she needed! Ms Heather was so patient and understanding. That was nearly 3 years ago. Now Turning Pointe is like her second home. All of the teachers are incredible and the owners are so caring and have policies in place to protect the girls privacy and modesty. I couldn't imagine a better dance family!

My 2 smaller girls are with TPDC’s company team. We’ve only been here for one season and finally found our dance home. Everyone is family friendly. NO ONE gets left out. So glad my girls will be able to enjoy what they love with the best instructors!

My daughter has balance and coordination issues, along with trouble memorizing things.

I was looking for a place that made her feel included and gave her the ability to be “normal”. She has officially found “her people”. Turning Pointe Dance Center has given her a safe place to just be her and not treat her any different. We are so blessed to have found a spot that doesn’t treat her any different just because she might not have the ability to do what others can 💕

If your looking for a studio who is all about inclusion and encouragement this is THAT PLACE! Heather Danielle Campbell and the TPDC staff are BEYOND the best!

We rejoined TPDC after taking time off due to Covid. The staff is beyond amazing and makes us feel like we are apart of the family! They go above and beyond to make my daughter feel included regardless of her limitations. The staff continues to help the kids grow not only in their abilities but their confidence as well. I couldn’t ask for a better dance home!

Our family absolutely loves TPDC! Miss Heather is so encouraging and invested in helping all of her dancers be the best that they can be. All of the coaches and staff go above and beyond to take care of our kiddos and help them grow. If you are looking for a safe and welcoming place for your child to dance, this is it! Although Turning Pointe Dance Center is a fairly new dance studio in the NWA, it's quickly becoming one of the top studios in the area! Amazing staff who truly care about the dancers they interact with on a weekly basis! It's a safe and fun atmosphere where dancers will most definitely learn dance technique and skills to become a better dancer, but also life skills! I highly recommend Turning Pointe Dance Center!

I love being able to send my girls to a studio that not only provides great dance education but a safe and family friendly environment ! I also get to be a part of this as a teacher! I love getting to spend my evenings with some of my best friends! We are luck to have an awesome work family! I feel safe durning these times as an employee and a parent every time I step into the building. I know our staff is doing everything above and beyond to make our studio safe and FUN!

Best dance studio in NWA! Great staff, facility, and group of students. Especially with COVID there is plenty of room to move around freely and we feel very safe being there. The staff is very professional and cares about the dancers. They all have tons of background and bring that knowledge to help the students succeed. This is the best place to bring your kid, no doubt in my mind.
