I love this Gym. It has everything you need a nice atmosphere. That is rarely busy friendly staff. And it’s just a great place for serious lifters to try to reach their goals. I love it!

This place is a joke. be very cautious when signing up for a membership here. the employees do not take their job seriously and will take up to 1 month to cancel your membership and then still try and charge your account. Ive never dealt with such a unprofessional and unrealistic gym ever. I hope this review helps someone.

Great place to workout! Enjoy the small atmosphere. Only thing I'd like changed is the music. Can we play some Michael Jackson. Lol. :). Don't go anywhere else.

Sadly had to end my membership due to lack of equipment. They have around 10-12 treadmills which only a max of 4 of them work properly. Gym hasn’t been updated since I began my membership. Expensive membership with little to no care for the members there

*Update* - It has reached the point where you can not find two consecutive operational treadmills. Forget chatting with a partner... you'll have to resort to yelling across the fym to talk.

New Owners are not keeping up. Equipment is not being repaired or replaced. 1/2 of the treadmills are broken and unusable. The dumbells are beginning to fall apart. I saw that they are selling weight plates online... Looks like this place is in trouble, like a slow sinking ship.

Rumor is that they are trying to sell for 7 times what they paid... May just be the final nail in the coffin if that happens.

This used to be a great gym. Awesome location.

All of the equipment is old and constantly broken. Most of the cardio equipment has been out of service or malfunctioning for at least a year, and all of their dumbbells are falling apart. The staff is rarely here, making it extremely difficult for anyone trying to join the gym. They also do nothing to stop the groups of kids who come into the gym without a membership or paying the day pass fee. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

I was disappointed with my experience at Xertion Fitness in Cabot, AR. The gym seemed to have a lot of issues that were not being properly addressed. One of the biggest problems was that half of the treadmills had "out of order" signs on them, making it difficult to find available equipment to use during my workout.

In addition to the treadmill issue, the gym was not as clean as it should have been. I found this concerning from a health and safety standpoint. Additionally, the tanning bed had 17 bulbs out, the drink machine was never filled, and the protein shake bar was never operational. These amenities are important to me, and their poor maintenance was disappointing.

What really bothered me the most, however, was the impression that the owner did not seem to care about providing value for customers. I want to feel appreciated and valued as a gym member, but this was not the case at Xertion Fitness.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Xertion Fitness. It seems that the gym has a lot of issues that need to be addressed before it can provide a quality experience for its customers. If you're looking for a gym in Cabot, AR, I would suggest doing some research and finding a facility that has a better reputation for equipment maintenance and customer service.

The only experience I have with this place is that I went by a few minutes ago and doors are locked, I am sure there is a code but, I called twice and it went to answer machine. How are you supposes to be able to join this gym?

Highly recommend!!
This place is very organized and has a lot of machines. There are also running machines, yoga mats and balance balls so you can always use the best tools for your training. I often train here, but I like it very much because the hall is always hygienic.
They decorated so beautifully. And every time I go, machines are cleaned. Very satisfied always!!!

I've been working out at this gym since 2016, the staff is very friendly, the equipment is always clean also. Not very pricey and a good location. They just got a tanning bed that you can use for free if you are a member (only while the workers are there for safety and obvious reasons), they make great smoothies also. Tons of cardio equipment as well.

The location is decent. It's right off of a primary commuting route and near the freeway so it's easy to get to. It's 24 hr access for its members. There is no website so you have to call them during business hours for someone to answer questions.. this is a frustrating point. The membership is costly. I have had 24 hr access gym memberships to small locations such as this and it cost me under $22 a month and that is in California. Xertion is somewhat out of my price range. It is especially costly for this small town area. I believe if they change their pricing and put up a website, occasionally offering promos, their business would take off.. unless they are aiming for a particular level of clientele. It's a choice. I do love the 24 hour access but for the price, I will workout elsewhere. Even if I wanted to consider it, a free trial period is not offered.
