I workout at the Fontana location and usually it’s a little dirty but I’ve noticed a trend since the new girl Monique has been working there that it’s been a lot cleaner. She has great customer service and is always quick to lend a hand so my experience has been quite better. I was going to switch home gyms but as long as she’s there I am staying. 5 stars!

I must say that I don’t go the Gym that often, but the last couple times that I’ve been there i noticed is not as clean as it used to be. The men restrooms need some serious cleaning. They look like they haven’t been touched in a long time. Rest areas along the freeways look cleaner. I don’s expect them to provide towels like they used to do, but for the membership prices, they could at least keep the restrooms clean.

This gym is a mess. Front desk is always sitting by the computers on their phone. No paper towel dispensers work, all equipment sanitizer is out, restrooms are always dirty, machines are all worn out, it’s ridiculous how much we pay for the mediocre service. I went to the front desk to tell them to fill their sanitizer and they were nowhere to be found. This is the last straw, I’m canceling my membership

Came in couple of days ago(Monday)told the guy in front check in told him that the handicap restroom shower didn't work he said that they were going to fix it. Today came in ask again if they could open the handicap restroom the young lady (oriental) didn't want to open the handicap restroom said that someone was using it didn't bother to check if it was true. We came to the handicap restroom no one was using it. Went back ask the gentleman if he would open it and he did. Still the shower has no water but the sink and toilet has. Everytime this young lady works she always has an excuse for not opening handicap restroom. We all pay to use it but apparently we must have a wheelchair to use it. How does she know if I don't need help
corporate needs to do undercover and check up on customer service.!!

When I had made it to the gym I was greeted by Alyssa, cool chick with a relaxing voice. She was busy with someone but made sure I knew she was going to help me next. It is Saturday today . 10-11-2025 . I come to this gym with my brother from 3 years now . This is the first time i am so disappointed today with one of the employee whose name is Emma. My brother have guest pass membership. And she dont let me in today coz she said you don't have guest pass membership as my brother has that already. I showed her the free 3 day pass too and she still dont let me in for workout. She was ask me to present actual ID which i dont got on that time . I showed her the picture but she refuse it . Never got complaint before with others employees. They are so nice . She was the worst employee they hired in this gym . She dont even know how to behave with the customers. Whoever hire her in this gym .they need to fire her from the job coz of disrespectful with the customers. I want to give 0 but i couldnt.

I just recently renewed my 24 hour membership and I was trying to set up up my QR code for signing in and kept having issues creating a new account. Went to 4 different locations and to try and resolve the issues.

Tina is the greatest coach ever! Been working out with her for a little over a month now and my quality of life has improved 10 fold with the way she’s customized my workouts. Her intelligence in the area of strength and muscle is amazing. This is one of the dirtiest gyms around. They have a part time cleaning person. She does a great job when she’s here, but the 2 days she’s off the women’s area doesn’t get touched. The equipment never gets wiped down or dusted. The gym is always hot, the thermostat is at 75 with tons of people. The equipment is always broken and outdated. When you bring it to managements attention they just blow you off. If you haven’t committed to this gym check out your options!!!
