I’ve been going to this gym for several months, and it still smells like bleach throughout the entire place. Because of that smell, I can’t train properly. Their ventilation hasn’t worked for a long time, and they don’t have air conditioning, so it often gets stuffy inside. They also have very little equipment, and most of it really needs to be updated. The only advantage I’ve found is that there are usually very few people, so I almost never have to wait in line for the machines.

Place used to be clean. It's now pretty disgusting. Showers, pool, bathroom they're all dirty. It's like they didnt hire any janitors to clean the place. I started coming here because it was relatively clean compared to other 24. Now they're all the same. They also don't have enough equipment in the weight room. I would look elsewhere if you're looking to join.

I’ve been a member coming 2-3x/week for almost two years. Be wary of all the five star reviews, because the staff asks people to leave these (I know because before the latest batch of staff turnover, the guys were asking everyone who walked in to leave reviews and mention them by name). If you actually read them you can see that most reviewers are new or not even members, so they haven’t experienced the gym much.

This gym meets the most basic needs but that’s it. Cleaning and maintenance are at a minimum. Humongous piles of dust built up, paper towels and cleaning spray always empty, water dispenser out of service for months. There are constantly groups of unsupervised teenagers roughhousing with heavy weights near other people. Half of the treadmills haven’t worked most of the time I’ve been a member. Literally half because it’s the whole front row. The pool is too gross to use by late afternoon. If you get a new card and miss a payment for the first time, they won’t notify you but they will hit you with a $16 late fee.

The saddest part is that in spite of all this, the LA Fitness (skeezy business practices) and Gold’s Gym (roaches) in the area are even worse.

Martin at the front desk is super helpful. He gave me all the info about the parking structure including how much it costs and even told me I had a buddy pass on my account that I didn’t know about. Dave at the 9am Body Pump class is great and keeps the energy up the whole time. The 10am Sunday yoga class is also really good. It’s an active flow but still feels relaxing and grounding by the end. Overall the gym feels friendly and well run and I really appreciate the staff being so helpful.

Love this gym out of all the locations that I’ve been to which is a few. Mainly because it’s pretty open with squat. I honestly give it two stars because of the manager and him alone is solid. The staff acts like they don’t care and care more about rules of the gym than behavior in the gym. Pervert central, one guy was using his googles to look underwater at my fiancée while she was swimming and minding her business. Terrible management the sauna is gross I had to cancel my membership I went to golds they don’t care to listen to customer feedback back run away they have favorites and will cater to them b4 you any day.

Too crowded after near 24hr gym (24 hr operating facility) closed on the same street. Aren't you supposed to extend operation hours at least to normal hours prior to covid19 lockdown while you charge the same membership fees and closed the near 24hr gym location? Classes are almost gone, poor AC, shorten operation hours...

That’s the best spot to really go to workout, if you’re into sauna or steam room you’re in right place !! I came back to rejoin and the GM Saeed was great customer service. This 24 is very clean and friendly.
