This is by far the worst 24 Hour Fitness branch I’ve been to. The gym is dirty, the equipment is extremely old and looks broken, and to make things worse, they close the restrooms at 8 a.m.—right when people are finishing their workouts and need to shower before heading to work. Totally unacceptable

My experience at this gym has been amazing. I have lived in the area for the last 25+ years and have been a member off and on for the same amount of time. I can only say good things about this place yes it’s not the newest doesn’t have the latest equipment, but it gets the job done. Staff is great and always has been always willing to assist and guide you as best as they can. at 45 this place has helped keeping me in shape 👍💪

A nice gym to get a quick workout. Most machine and weights are usually available. Staff are pretty helpful and friendly they keep the gym clean and have all cleaning supplies stocked. Peak hours are only busy times like every gym around 5pm -8pm.

I been a member for over 8 years at this location and for the past 3 years I seen improvements at the location and I just wish they have newer equipment. To keep with the demand and upgrades as other gyms . I've been coming to this gym for almost 10 years and I've seen it develop over the years with new staff and new equipment. However, the remaining constant is the community that goes here. Very good vibes for the most part.

Equipment has improved over time, but there is still an issue with equipment being broken all the time. They need a full-time maintenance person here because while it is smaller than the other 24hr fitness gyms in the valley, it has high traffic volume, especially in the afternoon.

The gym's cleanliness as actually surprisely better than you would think compared to the other gyms like the mission hills location. It's not the prettiest gym but it gets the job done and feels cleaner than somewhere like mission which can get pretty musky.

The AC is always an issue imo. It's wayyy too cold in the mornings in the winter and wayyy too hot in the summers any time of day. They need to allow the staff to make the adjustments based on traffic volume.

One of the biggest issues I have with this gym is that when it rains, it straight smells like piss. I've talked to staff about it but I know it's more of an upper management or building management decision but again, I've been coming here for years and it's the same story every rainy season.

Last thing is the hours; used to be awesome when it was actually 24hrs, but the cut hours make it more crowded than it needs to be for people that want to work out in the office hours (like 4am or late night after 9pm). Because of the shorter hours I think it forces people to come at the same time which cause crowding in the afternoon especially.

TLDR;

Good:
-great location, parking never an issue
-cleaner than other locations
-staff is nice
-equip improvements over the years

Bad:
-equipment always broken
-hours not ideal
-AC control can suck during certain times of day in certain times of year

-rainy season makes gym smell like piss

Probably the saddest 24 fitness I've seen, where there is no sauna and one large space for taking a shower for five people, it's good that I didn't drop the soap)) I was greeted in the locker room by a homeless man with a wheelchair, I won't post a photo, but it is there.
