Today I decided to switch over gyms, I came early this morning with a buddy. I found the sauna very useful. Gilbert helped my family and I with getting our memberships. He was great, very kind and informative.

The gym is dirty with dust bunnies and hairballs throughout. Not to mention the men’s restroom smells strongly like urine. Also, they close the sauna and steam room at peak hours!! The ignorance is bliss here 🤦‍♂️…..and the fees just went up to $40 a month….. so much ignorance here…..

I switched gyms because I wanted a closer location, but I regret leaving my old one. I’ve been here for about a month now, and it’s probably the worst gym I’ve ever been to. The dumbbells are so disorganized that I gave up trying to find a pair. The broken machines aren’t even tagged. I’m sure the staff is too lazy to do anything about it because you always see them at their desks just talking. I’m pretty close to canceling if it weren’t for my time crunch, but if you enjoy long walks at the dumbbells searching for your other weights, this one’s for you.

Love the new setup! (Was originally my review upon the grand reopening)

Originally gave it 5 stars when it re-opened, but after leaving today it’s time to update this review so it reflects the current condition.
The entire gym feels run down. Unfortunately the condition today was in despair. Leg extension seat was visibly torn, cushion inside turning yellow from how long it’s been exposed that way. Leg press (W-12) rattled and platform was rocking as it was being used. Once locked, rubber was slipping and exposed the platform. Floors hardly get vacuumed and moped as hair and dust bunnies bounce under the large fans and collect by the windows. Restrooms- where should I start? filthy, to sum it up. I’ve requested that the row machine be fixed, it never does. Ab machine by Zumba room always scrapes (metal with metal) adding a rocky friction as it’s being used. Accessories for the cable machines are less and less every time. Grass area seems to be overlooked.

Many of these issues can be easily noticed if management did their daily walks and kept maintenance/housekeeping aware. When patrons report broken machines, a timely response to fix the issue should ensue. Injury could occur if that leg press platform gives in… Stocked supplies is crucial too.

Clearly there isn’t good communication between departments as this gym should not be looking as deteriorated as it currently is, a few months after their remodel.

Honestly I’ve been a member for quite a while and I’ve noticed charges that were incorrect and it was on for 4 months.. I talked to different staff members and managers and no one figured out the problem. But I was ready to call it quits when a young man Holgan took the time and went through everything and figured it out. He was very polite patient and professional. I am very grateful for him.

I love working out here, but the gym etiquette of a lot of the people that go here leaves much to be desired. Next to nobody cleans their equipment when they’re done (Thanks, ladies. I got your nasty sweat on me and I didn’t even have to buy you dinner first!), weights are left where you can trip if you’re not alert, people treat you like an obstacle as if the gym belongs to them, and it’s pretty aggravating to be forced to listen to someone’s brain rot Reels and TikToks when you’re trying to relax in the sauna. Just a general lack of awareness of sharing a public space and embarrassingly misplaced self-importance.

Other than that, I love the remodeling that’s been done. There’s plenty of equipment, and it doesn’t really get crowded here until 6AM, so early risers really benefit from coming here. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Make sure you bring a strong lock! There’s no cameras in the locker rooms for obvious reasons, so make sure your stuff is secured.

Every time I walk in here I see the same workers gossiping..on the side. Customer service is horrible here. Restrooms are always dirty. I let female worker (Hailey) know about it. This is the gym closest to my home, but I rarely come here, every visit leaves me disappointed, so I usually go to other locations. This was my first time back since their renovation, and I'm utterly disappointed all over again. Yes, they've updated many of the equipment. But they're not running the AC or even fans, despite the 95°F heat outside. Every member was dripping sweat, struggling through their workouts. I don't think I'll be returning, not even when I just want to do some quick sets

7/11 /25 in the late night shift . I would say around 10 PM, the front desk was left unattended for about more than 10 minutes. In order to borrow certain equipment at the gym, sometimes they will ask guests to leave a personal item behind either an ID license or keys. I opted to leave my ID behind. I usually have no issues and get my stuff as soon as I leave and handover the equipment I borrow. But that day, not only was the desk left unattended, but a little box where they keep personal belongings for those who borrow equipment was left out in the open . I was at the counter and could see my ID exposed to where anyone can reach over and get my information and see my address. I was standing there and I saw two of the workers come in. They saw me at the counter and didn’t acknowledge to ask if I needed help. One of them went to go to check the fitness practice room and the other one walked over somewhere else. When one of them finally came back, they said do you need something? I said yes, my personal belonging please and here’s your equipment back. I told the worker that it was very weird that they left my ID out in reach for anyone to grab or look . The guy just said my bad as if he didn’t care. I usually do not like to leave reviews or make a big deal out of anything, but I hope this review can help other people because leaving personal belongings of guests exposed that way is not OK.
