I had such a great experience at 24 Hour Fitness today. While I was putting on my AirPods, one slipped out of my hand and went underneath a treadmill. I went to the front desk, and Michael immediately offered to help, no hesitation at all.

He came over, looked for the AirPod with me, spotted it under the treadmill, and reassured me right away that he’d get it. He grabbed a tool, went above and beyond, and quickly retrieved it. His attitude was kind, calm, and incredibly helpful.

What impressed me even more is that it was his first day of work, and you would have never known it. He was fast, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping. You just don’t see customer service like that anymore.

Michael is truly an asset to the company, and I’m so grateful for his help today. Highly recommend this location!

This 24 hr gym in SB is one of my favorite locations. Its not overcrowded the layout is the best compared to many others and the classes and instructors are great in SB too . I just wished 24hrs overall brought more varieties of classes like EOS gym. Such as booty classes, yoga, pirates, Hitt interval trainings, bootcamp etc.

My husband and I never had a personal trainer before so we didn't really know what to expect, however, our first session went very well. Had a great workout at this location. I have to commend the pool area and the woman cleaning the entire surface area of the walls and using the pool-vacuum to scrub the floors of the lap-pool! (She got every inch of the 25 yards!) she was also spraying down + disinfecting the entire steam-room! She was literally deep cleaning everything!!! I was so impressed by her work that I caught myself watching her every next move! I’ve never seen someone work so hard and take such good care of any building. She said her name was “MEMORY”. What a nice gym👌🏼! Passing thru the area for some work and wanted to get a good workout in. Easy access from freeway and the staff was incredibly helpful. Saw that I was not from the area and told me about it the place. It was very clean and weights in order. ☝🏻 thing I really liked was there was multiple pieces of the same machines. I've been coming to this 24 hour for 2 years and it's been my safe haven and favorite location. The amenities are great and I have always enjoyed my time here. However, during my last visit someone had broken into my locker, misplaced my bag-back , and stole my money. Staff were helpful and were even able to find my bag in the end. Although the staff were attentive, the experience did make me think twice about returning here.

I also noticed someone sleeping on the benches in the locker room and unattended belongings blocking the sink area in the restrooms.

I get that we're in San Bernardino and we don't have the best reputation for safety. However, I still think we deserve to feel secure while inside especially considering we are paying for a membership. I hope this location succeeds and improves their surveillance, but for now I'll need to find another location.

Checking out the gym before moving to the area, wanted to get a guest pass to try it before I committed to signing up. After being sent an online guest pass to try the gym, drove all the way there to then be denied entrance for some tiny print hidden away on a page not even related to the guest pass where you have to be “local” (drivers license in the city) if they will let you in.

I was a guest at this location recently, I have never been to a more dirty gym than this one. At 5 AM there shouldn’t not be huge trash bags at the entrance if the restroom cleaning supplies left in the locker room area, calcium/ soot build up in the shower floor corners, floors visibly soiled. It’s an outbreak hazard waiting to happen. For the members that already pay a high amount should also include an employee that covers the cleaning. This place needs a team for a deep clean to get the place sanitized and start on a baseline expectation. Followed by a better custodian that actually appreciates there job to maintain and not have to do the deep cleans as often….so disappointing and embarrassing.

Please be cautious with the woman who is actually the general manager of that store. If you're new, she may come across as incredibly kind, unlike anyone you've met before. However, the moment you encounter any issues, her true personality will show.

Do not accept any “free” passes or offers, because they’re not truly free. Avoid putting your credit card into their system; it’s much safer to use cash, or you may end up regretting it.

I’ll continue to update this review over time, but for now, I just wanted to give everyone a warning. Be careful, or better yet, choose another location. The management at this one has been deeply disappointing. Thank!

Observé que entró una persona de la calle y abrió 3 casilleros estaban llenos de cosas hasta una extensión tenía conectada cargando tabletas y celulares se lo informe al que estaba atendiendo y solo me dijo solo entran a bañarse no te preocupes 😨😅

Only 24 hour fitness I’ve witness have an active team member cleaning the machines during my workout.
Team members were welcoming and approachable for all needs, equipments were organized and machines were cleaned and functioning. And Kudos to Jerry E who signed me up for the membership l.

Well, just be careful at this place. They can steal your backpack or your towels and they won’t do shit about it and you can’t even see the cameras cause the managers are never there so I suggest you look for a membership somewhere else too expensive to be uncomfortable and unsafe and not be able to work out comfortable

I come play basketball ball here, its a game changer if your looking to evolve your skills , lots of great people , Serious b ball runs management is super dope , reallyy clean , and it’s next to great restaurant if you want a meal after the workout

Be aware that the free pass is NOT free. Once the manager assume that you wouldn’t sign in for a membership they would charge you $30 per day. Sales managers would treat you like a number that’s their main downfall. I wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t sign in.

The general manager on the other hand is nice and professional. Hopefully , she can change the dynamic of the way the managers are handing business at this location.

The gym is not kept clean or maintained to appropriate levels. There is always something either broken or extremely dirty inside the gym, when possible I would prefer to drive to the Redlands or Fontana locations.

I’ve been disappointed with the cleanliness of the men's locker room and showers at this location. It often looks dirty, and it’s unclear how frequently they’re cleaned. As someone who needs to head back to work afterward, this is not an ideal experience. I may start just driving to the Redlands location if this issue isn’t addressed soon.!

The gym overall is good.
However, the gym isn't 24hrs, when it's time to open on weekends or Monday mornings the people have to deal with late employees. Like a culture of laziness.
When you bring it up to the managers, which they get rotated very often, there's not much to do as "it isn't their problem". No sense of pride or ownership on the employees, seems they're there for a good time not a long time.
Wish it was different, but sadly it isn't.

I've been working out here for almost two years and have always enjoyed my experience. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I started feeling unwell and had to leave early. However, I was disappointed to learn that Jerry asked my +1 to leave as well, which was unexpected and unnecessary.

Only getting 3 stars because it was leg day and all the leg equipment was pretty bad, definitely not a gym for leg days, although all the other equipment was pretty good. But like I said they only have like 5 machines for legs
