I've been to many fitness classes and I find that the small group classes here high quality, challenging, dynamic, never boring and I always feel pretty sore the next day. The instructors will help you with your form if it's incorrect while challenging you. Highly recommend it!

Exercising with Gilbert over the past year has truly changed my life! When I first stepped into his gym, I was mentally and physically at an all-time low. With deep gratitude, I can confidently say that he has helped me break free from that rut! I look forward to my workouts and consistently walk out of the gym with a clearer mind and a more positive outlook on my day!
Gilbert's attentive coaching style and focus on proper form not only make me feel secure but also empower me to push past my limits! When I began training with Gilbert, I had very little experience with weightlifting. He was super patient with all of my questions and really took the time to educate me!

I’ve been seeing Gilbert for almost 2 years and never in my life had I imagined being as fit as I am now, all thanks to him! When I came in I had knee and shoulder pain and could barely do a push up or a full squat. Gil has helped me build muscle and I do not have pain anymore. Gil makes fitness fun and I’m in the best shape of my life!!!! 100% recommend

I attend the group classes, and they're so much fun. Gilbert's energetic personality makes your workout feel like you are hanging out with a group of buddies. Fun vibes! Gilbert's welcoming even if you are a beginner! He will encourage you to step out of your comfort to reach your goals/ full potential. He's our biggest cheerleader lol. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a fantastic gym!! Gilbert is amazing and takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. He creates a safe, functional, and comfortable workout environment. Both group trainings and one-on-ones are great, he always gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of each workout. I began with him when I was 6 weeks postpartum and he helped me get to the strength and confidence I am today. I see not only big changes in my physical appearance but also in my energy levels which I desperately need when running after my 2 year old now :)

I’ve never really enjoyed working out nor had I ever truly done weightlifting, but going to 3C’s Athletics has changed all that. I love the energy going into the group classes and have seen a difference myself get stronger over the year I’ve been going. I would definitely recommend 3C’s Athletics for all your fitness needs.

3C fitness is a great high energy fitness training class. Our trainer, Gil, gives everyone individual encouragement and challenges us to do our best. Every workout class is amazing and filled with good energy. Been coming for 8 months now and I’ve never felt stronger. Highly recommend 3C fitness for anyone who is looking to become stronger and have a good time while doing so.

I love coming here. After a year of training with Gil it’s probably the only resolution I’ve been able to keep. Having someone to guide you and a group to constantly encourage you and celebrate your wins isn’t common at regular gyms. If you’re looking for a place to start I’d say this is as good as it gets.
