Ever since I’ve been a member. I’ve lost 25 pounds it took me 2 months to lose it. I thank all the coaches who helped me on my journey. They also have a in body scan to help track your progress which is really cool.

What an amazing CrossFit gym! Everyone is so friendly and the coaches are beyond helpful. They check in to make sure your Questions are answered and you never feel like you are working out alone. This has been the best workout of my life. I’ve tried many other gyms and this one is the best!

I absolutely love this CrossFit gym! From day one, it’s been such a fun and welcoming environment. The coaches and members are incredibly supportive and make every workout something to look forward to, especially Saturday workouts! I genuinely enjoy seeing everyone each week—it’s the kind of place that not only helps you get stronger physically but also lifts your spirits. No matter what kind of day I'm having. My friend dragged me here last year in August and I'm sticking around for the vibes. So grateful to have found this place!

I’ve been going to 5 Points CrossFit for six months now, and it’s one of the best gym experiences I’ve had. The environment is incredibly friendly, it truly feels like a community where everyone supports each other. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always push me to do my best.
For the past two months, I’ve been working out almost every day because it’s just that fun and motivating. Seeing myself get stronger and more confident in the movements has been incredibly rewarding.

Joining 5 Points CrossFit has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and happiness. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported—not just by the amazing trainers, but by the entire community.
Coach Josh, is incredibly knowledgeable and motivating. He truly takes the time to understand your goals and push you just the right amount to help you achieve them. Thanks to his guidance and encouragement, I’ve seen a complete transformation in my body—stronger, leaner, and more energized than I’ve ever felt before.
But it’s not just about the workouts. I’ve learned so much about macro nutrition and how to fuel my body properly. This education has been a game-changer. I used to feel overwhelmed by food choices, but now I feel confident and in control of my health from the inside out.
One of the best parts of my experience at 5 Points has been the community. Working out alongside friends—and making new ones along the way—has made every class fun and motivating. There’s a real sense of camaraderie here that you just don’t find at regular gyms.

If you're ready to start on your fitness or health journey, this gym is the perfect choice! I've been at 5 point for about a year now and they are the best. They offer group workouts throughout the day so its perfect if you have a busy schedule. Don't be intimidated by the weights and workout machines the coaches will scale the workouts to match your abilities. The coaches are very knowledgeable and also extremely supportive. Everyone, from the coaches to fellow gym members, are friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend this place!

I can’t say enough good things about 5 Points CrossFit! From day one, I felt welcomed by both the coaches and the community. There’s a genuine sense of camaraderie here — everyone supports each other, whether you’re a beginner or experienced athlete.
The coaches are knowledgeable, attentive, and always push you to do your best while making sure you’re moving safely. Every workout is challenging but fun, and no two days are ever the same. I’ve gotten stronger, more confident, and actually look forward to working out.
Another huge plus: parking is never an issue! That alone takes away so much stress before a workout.
If you’re looking for a motivating environment, amazing workouts, and a gym that feels like a second home — this is the place!

I’ve been coming to 5 points for 6 months now and I love it. Everyone is welcoming. The gym is clean and has all the equipment you need. I love that the classes aren’t overcrowded like some CrossFit gyms. I started with the strength training class on Saturdays and then added the WODs after. The coaches are very accommodating depending on what level you’re at. I highly recommend it. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. The coaches are great at meeting you where you’re at.

This is a brand new gym. If you are looking for a gym with a not so packed class size, give it a shot. The coaches are nice and helpful. Members are supportive and encouraging. Small community but very family like.
