I really enjoy this boxing gym. They are very friendly and welcoming. I take morning boxing classes and muy Thai classes at night. The classes are intense but they teach you proper technique and they are very interactive with students.

Do not go here. I called to ask about pricing and whether the gym would be a good fit. The owner’s wife hung up on me during the first call, which I took as a challenge to continue. On the second call, her son answered, was rude and short, called me names, and told me to shut up while also using a homophobic slur. By the third call, they tried to act like I was the problem and said the gym didn’t need my business. Their repeated hang-ups, insults, and dismissive behavior were completely unprofessional.

I just recently started going to the women’s Monday & Wednesday night classes and i feel like I’ve already improved so much. It’s such a great place to release stress while gaining fighting skills as well as getting into shape. The service is great and so are the people!

I'm disappointed in the coach's lack of support. Despite my requests, he wouldn't train me, so I had to learn the speed bag on my own.
It's hard to see how I can progress in boxing without guidance. Others beware: this place may not be worth your investment.
