A fitness offers unique small group training classes designed to get you stronger snd leaner at half the expense of 1 on 1 personal training. Our program revolves around heavy compound lifts, followed by a muscle building phase, finished with a high intensity conditioning phase. With 3 phases being performed in the 1 hour class, we are able to focus on strength, power and fat burning all in one class. Stretching and flexibility is also a huge part of our training regimen, prior to the workout we will spend 10 min warming up and finish the workout with a cool down phase. At first I was very hesitant to go exercise because I hadn’t exercised since I had my children (a very long time ago). Now, it turns out that I had developed borderline osteoporosis and the doctor advised me to exercise. I didn’t want to commit to a gym membership and I don’t like to exercise in the front of other people, so a private studio was my best bet. I found Jared’s private studio as the perfect place for me. And, it is very easy to find parking spaces in his place. After consistently coming for months, I feel stronger and I can see muscles that I never have before. My arms have become smaller and toned. Jared is a very patient young man and he found a way to make me enjoy exercise. I exercise 3x a week and never get bored.
