They are great motivators, love it when they check in with you when you are missing for a few days and love the fact that they are on top of your workout. They will always correct you to make sure you are doing the exercise the correct way.

AAY! (All About You!) is awesome! I hadn't worked out at all for the last 7 years and went to AAY to get back into the groove of working out. It's like going to middle school gym class (in terms of how fun and inviting it is) with a bunch of friends, coached by a personal trainer, with a brand new customized 50-minute workout each day. The hardest part is getting there. Once there, you get coached all the way through your session, complete with plenty of encouragement and camaraderie. The trainers, Narina and Elaine, are so supportive and customize workouts to every level of ability. I love working with professionals who are passionate about their work, and Nar and Elaine treat their work this way. They are totally committed to their members, and will work with you to meet your goals wherever you may be on your journey to better health. I am really non-athletic, and it's a big deal for me to feel comfortable in a gym setting where practically everyone else is stronger, faster, thinner, etc. Elaine and Nar constantly remind us that we know our own bodies best, and to do our best, but not to compare ourselves to others. The constant caring and encouragement is so awesome and motivating! It's not competitive, but I am always motivated to push a little harder.

If you are looking for a great gym experience, AAY! is great! You can look them up online-- they offer a complimentary first workout, and a discounted rate for the first month. Nar and Elaine will reach out to you to work with you on your needs. I love how they are very accepting of everyone and keep workouts fun and positive. The sense of hope and accomplishment I feel when I do my best in my morning workout with AAY! carries over to the rest of my day, and THAT is priceless!

I love the all-inclusive community at AAY! People of all ages are welcome and everyone always seems to get a great workout. The classes are a mix of strength and cardio but modifications are always handy. The teachers work hard to create a variety of workouts so I'm never bored. It really is a joy to work out with AAY!

I've been coming to this bootcamp for about a year now. I love that the routines change all the time, so my muscles are always challenged. Elaine and Nar are great instructors who inspire and push me to get stronger and try the more challenging options. They really care about the people in the class and want us to be healthy. There are nutrition, stretching and overall health tips that are given at the end of class during the stretches that are a nice bonus. The earliest class fits into my schedule perfectly and I love that they offer measurements to see how I'm progressing at no extra charge, a total bonus.
I've also participated in the nutrition program twice with wonderful success. I'm in great shape, feel better in my clothes and can see muscles that I haven't seen for a few years. Plus, the environment is friendly, supportive and fun. The people who attend these classes are nice and there's the occasional ribbing or cheering while we are doing something challenging. It starts my day off perfectly. I can't say enough good things about this bootcamp.

One of my favorite reasons to get up every morning. I have been a member for over 6 years, and I am still not bored with their ever changing programs.

Prior to joining AAY!, I went to the gym, attended group exercise classes and ran on my own, but still got bored with my routine and trying to figure out ways to keep my muscles confused. Now, all I have to do is show up every morning, and someone else has done all the planning. The trainers, Narina and Elaine, offer a well rounded program each week that can be modified to anyone's fitness level. The program changes every week,so no matter what your favorite way to break a sweat is, they will eventually cover it. There are weeks filled with basketballs, footballs, frisbees, step aerobics, dumb bells, medicine balls, kettle bells, obstacle courses, jump ropes, stairs, resistance bands, yoga, pilates, burpees, circuit training, and last but not least, SPRINTS.

I travel tons for work, so I also love that many of the exercises we do don't require special equipment that can't be found in any hotel gym. Even when I am away for a few days or a few weeks, there is no excuse for me to slack off.

I can't recommend this Boot camp enough. They do everything just right... enough push, enough support, enough sweat, enough results, and enough fun to keep you coming back for more.

I found AAY because I was doing a Fitness Challenge as part of a diet plan and I knew that if I didn't have a structure I would not make the goals.

The program is well organized and the instructors are very positive. The workouts are exceedingly varied, which helps with recovery. I especially like the supportive attitude and the down-to-earth atmosphere. I think it's been a terrific investment of money and time.

Two thumbs up!.

Ok so it's been 21 months since I joined AAY and would absolutely lost without this amazing company.

I have to admit, my fitness routine has gone through high's and low's over the last year, different reasons, work, travel, but really just plain laziness. BUT I just completed AAY's 8 week nutrition course and can genuinely say, it changed my life.

The food is amazing (NAR you rockstar)!!!!! Now, you are looking to eat approx 1300-1350 of calories each day, and the first week is hard, no doubt about it, BUT it does get easier. You have a shopping list and most groceries are at Trader Joe's. The hardest for me was prepping. Urgghhhh.....prepping! But if you don't prep on the weekends you are screwed during the week! You will meet every two weeks with Nar and Elaine to talk about the menu's and generally how you are feeling. Oh and there's no BOOOZE! It's hard, but worth it!

My priority was to lose weight, then get fit, those were my thoughts during the first 2-3 weeks of this course. During the 4th and 5th weeks, it became evident what was really happening. My priorities were transitioning. I still wanted to loose weight and definitely desired fitness, however, I finally realized what it was like to be truly alive, something I haven't felt in years. And what I mean by that is, I didn't feel half asleep during work hours, I would bounce out of bed at 5am (unheard of), I'd be excited to prep my work out gear the night before, I barely craved sugar, I mostly stopped emotional eating, I take my lunch to work daily, I can socialise and not worry about being the only soba person. Primarily the inside me now has a beautiful, optimistic outlook on healthy living and boy it looks damn great!

On the outside: I didn't loose as much weight as I thought I would (so the scales said), HOWEVER my body composition definitely changed. I can fit into most of my old clothes, so I my feeling is I've put on muscle weight as well.

For weeks 1-3, I worked out 5 days, then from 4-8, I worked out 6 days. It is hard at first and believe me, there were days I wanted to stay in bed but you need to push through it. By early week 4, I felt my fitness come back and thought I could run a marathon, well maybe a half marathon. I still feel that way (and yes some days, I still want to stay in bed)!

All in all, this course completely changed my life. Elaine and Nar are incredible people who genuinely care about you. Both ladies are enthusiastic, positive, encouraging and an inspiration to healthy living. Elaine and Nar are fitness icons! Thank you ladies - life is beautiful!

"I have struggled with my weight all of my life and I knew I would always feel better (and look better) if I could keep that last 10-15 lbs off my frame.

So in addition to working out with AAY, I would do every diet fad that existed. The diets always worked for 3-6 weeks but then I'd be back to my old habits. Last year, I had tried my last fad diet (the 4 hour body diet) and was upset about gaining all the weight back. Around the same time, I had been hearing about AAY participants doing the AAY Nutrition Program with amazing results.

It's an 8 week program where you're guided by Elaine & Nar and have the support of the group that's in it with you. You get menus customized for you and nothing is left to chance.I was super scared but excited at the same time but I ended up starting the AAY Nutrition Program despite my nervousness this time last year. It was truly life-changing. Not only have I stayed at my goal weight, I make consistent healthy choices now when eating out as well as when I'm home cooking. The nutrition program changed the way I think about eating, drinking and my lifestyle in general. And I know this sounds corny but so many other doors opened for me as well. Once I was able to stop sabotaging my eating / exercise habits, I was able to focus on so many other aspects of my life that needed addressing.

I could seriously sit down for hours and talk about this with people (which I've been known to do at dinner parties:). I often times feel like an evangelist about the AAY Nutrition Program but to believe it is to try it for yourself."

This place is the best! I don't think I have ever been this excited about waking up on a Monday morning to go to a 5:45 fitness class. Elaine and Nar are the most motivating and inspiring instructors. And there really is such a sense of community. I love AAY! Life changing!

For me, a life-changing experience. Workouts M-F, 5:45 am, 7am, 8am, 9am. WHY THIS PROGRAM WORKS: 1) individual attention ensures each person is getting the most out of each exercise AND, important for me, allows for modifications if needed to protect a weak area or injury; 2) a different workout program every week of the year--the variety makes it fresh and challenging, 3) accountability: period weigh-in/measurements; advance sign-ups--if you don't show up, you WILL hear from them, and 4) nutrition group also available; I did the nutrition program twice and learned so much!!!
The sense of community is very special and motivating as well.
Give it a try!!!
