I started working with Adam in Feb 2024 and it was the best decision I have made for my physical & mental health.
As an analytical and quantitative individual, it was important to me to have a plan that was results-oriented and grounded in data. From day one, Adam created a strength-training and nutrition program that was tailored to my goals of reducing fat and building muscle. Throughout the process, Adam consistently tracked my progress, adjusting my program & nutrition (macros + calories) based on the data, and held me accountable.
In terms of coaching style, he pushes me to achieve new goals while remaining supportive, encouraging, and flexible throughout the process. He is focused on proper form and injury prevention. Since working with Adam, I have lost 40+ lbs, reduced my body fat % by 20%+, and gained significant muscle. His workout programs change every few weeks to ensure I’m I’m being challenged in new ways and stimulating muscles differently
Adam has helped me develop the discipline and confidence to stay committed to this fitness journey. Adam is a personal trainer who follows a deliberate process that delivers results for his clients.... it has worked for me in spades. I have added muscle and reduced fat. At 55 years old, I am in the best shape of my life (i.e. highest ratio of muscle relative to fat). Adam pushes me in a constructive, positive way that is motivating. He also tracks calories/macros which is a critical piece of any transformation. I recommend Adam to anyone looking to make a noticeable, physical transformation.

I've always had a complicated relationship with my body. As a man, I think that is more common than culture often suggests or talks about. As a professional athlete for nearly two decades, I was never happy with my body aesthetic even in times of peak performance. Adam not only understood this paradox but took it on with care, kindness, and stoic compassion. He listened without judgement to my concerns and frustrations around my body composition and incorporated that information into our work together. He always pushes me without being forceful and simultaneously provides the platform and accountability for positive, long-term growth and change. He can't make it easy, but he helps it feel possible through fostering patience as one of the most essential virtues of lasting transformation…and with him, it’s happened much faster than I ever imagined it could. We all have different relationships with our bodies and they are all rooted in what we've been taught and how we've been programmed. They are all valid. Adam gets this and provides the essential tools needed to transform our bodies and our minds at the same time. I’ve worked with many trainers for many different goals. Adam is hands down the best.

The lessons you learn with Adam and his Team will be so much more than just healthy eating and workout routines. What I am most proud to take away from their program is the fact that I was able to show my family what it’s like to do right in the kitchen as well as the gym. I am so thankful that I was introduced to my amazing trainer, Adam Davis.
I am a 51 year old woman with a spinal fusion and a total thyroidectomy (Thyroid Cancer). Since I had my thyroid removed about six years ago, I have been unable to lose weight. My overall health had been on a steady decline despite regularly working out (primarily HIIT type workouts) and trying every kind of fad low carb/keto/whole 30 diet in existence. The scale would not budge and my health continued to decline. I was at a point where I was almost resigned to this - this was how my life was going to be. Then one day while scrolling through Instagram, I came upon a post from a friend of mine who had been quietly training with Adam for several months. I knew how hard this woman trained and how hard she struggled to see progress. Her transformation blew me away. I called her immediately and she told me about Adam and put me in touch with him. After a lengthy, very detailed interview I signed up to train three times a week.
A little over four months later, I have lost 20 lbs. but more importantly my health (mentally and physically) has improved so much that even my doctor was impressed (he is hard to impress!) I saw my doctor yesterday for my annual endocrine exam and he could not get over the improvements in my health - from the significant weight loss, the fact that my LDL cholesterol went from a very dangerous 239 to a not so dangerous 173 (-66!) and I was no longer pre-diabetic! I am sleeping better. My digestion is better and I am happier.
Adam is tough but gentle. He is smart but NOT arrogant. He encourages you to trust the process. He knows what you need to do to reach your goals and holds you accountable to them and is hyper vigilant about proper form to avoid injury.
My first goal was to get to a healthier weight but my long term goal is to find a sustainable way to live a happier, healthier life. I hope to continue on this journey with Adam to even better health and I would strongly encourage anyone with similar struggles to do the same. You will not regret it.

I hadnt been able to work out for more than a few months in my entire life. I was 36 at the time. I wanted to change that. I figured if I finally invested some money into my work outs then maybe I'd stick to it. So I did some research and ended up finding Adam. A little context, I was about 20% body fat, hadn't worked out in years and would get dizzy walking up a flight of stairs. Adam was not only a trainer but an incredible teacher. He taught me how to do work outs so that I maximized my time and progress. He made it super clear how to eat and all the dynamics behind eating for training. Within weeks my body was transformed. It's now been two and a half years and I haven't missed a week of working out. It's now part of my lifestyle and EASY. 10/10. Adam changed my life for the better!

I met Adam about 5 weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the progress we have made. I have my own small gym(10x10' room) with a small amount of equipment and some affordable additions Adam has recommended (bands etc.) Adam and I do virtual training. I am have always been moderately active. Starting 2021 I realized I had gotten to a weight and body shape I wanted to change. I worked out for 2.5 months on my own, while also trying to eat what I thought was healthy. I did start to transform... but I hit a plateau and wasn't seeing the results I really wanted. I was introduced to Adam through my cousin who loved his results. I stay committed and the results have been mind blowing. I have personally never seen my body this good especially with how quick. He does it with proper lifting, slow and controlled, and accurately eating what your body needs. If your looking for change and ready to commit, give Adam a go, you will be stoked.

I have been working with Adam for ~1 year and can say without a doubt he is the best trainer I have worked with. He is positive and encourages and pushes me to push my boundaries. Typically, I would throw in the towel, but with his support I am lifting more than I ever have before. In COVID, I have found it particularly hard to focus on my diet, but Adam has been very supportive and persistent in getting me to focus on the diet aspect as well. However, he has given me a break the last few weeks because I am a new dad and not sleeping much, if any! I cannot recommend Adam more as he is supportive, helpful and adaptive to your needs. Unlike other trainers I have worked out with in the past, Adam has never made me feel bad or inadequate, but rather he is a positive and supportive person.

After only being with my AMAZING trainer Adam for 6 weeks I have already crushed a goal I set, which was to push his Silverado Pickup Truck! I've never felt stronger or more badass in my life!
I've always been a petite woman and felt physically weak when I knew mentally, I was the exact opposite. I was attending HIIT workout classes and ran marathons regularly, but I never felt strong or happy with the way my body looked/felt. I knew I liked lifting weights, but was afraid to approach them in a male dominated lifting room and doing weight lifting videos at home with minimal equipment just wasn't cutting it.
From day one Adam was there listening to my personal goals and NEVER made me feel he was just doing what he did with every other female he was training. He helps educate me about what works for me dietarily and encourages me to push harder every session. He makes training fun and every week we work together to get closer to my goals.
One thing I love is Adam's high expectation on accountability, not just from me but on us as a team. I used to spend hours working out and dreaded it, but with Adam I realized that the focused attention he provides in just 3 hours a week (along with a smart meal plan) could get me to where I want to be for the first time in my life. Adam has proven results and I feel so lucky to have found a system that works not just for me, but simply WORKS!

I’ve worked with Adam for 2 years, and I can say, without hesitation or hyperbole, that he is the best thing in my life.
Before the pandemic, in person training was precise, professional, and geared towards not only my goals, but where my limitations were. I lost 60 lbs in 6 months, being in the best shape of my life, even though I was in my 40s.
In the pandemic lockdown, the work has continued remotely. He constantly adjusted the program, not only as I progressed, but also as the equipment I had available progressed.
I’m honestly surprised and genuinely pleased with how effective the remote training has been. The discipline, the workouts, and Adam’s support have gotten me through these difficult times physically and mentally in a way I wouldn’t have thought possible.
Highest possible recommend, and worth every penny. Invest in yourself.
