This is a super cute little studio, you’d never know how cool it is from the outside. Super high ceilings as well as a lower ceiling area for beginners. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, this is a great place to come for beginners and advanced students.

Aerial Physique has been a transformative part of my life for several years.
It’s more than just a workout — it’s a place where I’ve built strength, confidence, and community. The classes challenge me both physically and mentally in the best way possible. There’s a great variety of apparatus to train on, which keeps things exciting and allows for continuous growth.

The instructors are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also deeply supportive. They truly care about each student’s journey and progress. I always feel encouraged, safe, and inspired in every class.

If you’re looking for a fun, empowering, and dynamic workout, I can’t recommend Aerial Physique enough.

Staff and studio is great. I’ve only taken the hoops class but honestly really loving it! My Lyra instructor is super knowledgeable, great at teaching technique, and her routines challenge me.

I've been coming to Lyra classes here for over a year and it's the highlight of my week! The class is taught by Arisa, and often Mina subs in. I adore both teachers and their styles. Arisa's classes focus more on perfecting basics and solidifying foundations, and she structures the classes to introduce a routine that we add on to over the course of a few weeks. Mina's classes are often introducing new shapes, moves, and transitions. Spinning is always optional but strongly encouraged :) Regardless of the instructor, these classes leave me sore for a few days. They have 3 hoops of three different sizes, and they can easily go between having the hoops low or high. It's also a max of 6 students, which feels like the perfect size. You can pretty much always get on your hoop of preference, and you may even find you prefer different hoop sizes for different moves.

Apart from the classes and their physical challenges, aerial arts can be mentally challenging and quite intimidating from the outside looking in. Lyra classes under the instruction of Arisa and Mina have not only been good for my physical health — I'm so much stronger than I was last year! — but it's helped strengthen my mental health and confidence, too. If you're on the fence, I encourage you to try it out and to keep coming!

The environment fostered in this studio is uplifting, supportive, and inspiring. They have a rule, "No negative self talk," and everyone masterfully navigates this in a way that leaves you feeling better about yourself, even if you're on the struggle bus. The team has done a great job building a supportive community here and I'm so happy to have found this studio.

Gabe's rope classes are so bomb!! Such a fun and supportive environment and he does a wonderful job at giving detailed explanations for cool tricks/sequences and I love how he throws in riddles/challenges to help you learn new pathways between different skills.
