Had an amazing 75 min slow flow yoga. It felt like 30 min. Great instruction, clean, calm space. Wish I lived nearby (I’m in Chicago).

Yoga 101 with Yelena Vitman is a great class for learning the key elements of poses, which when done correctly, change the intensity of your practice and improve results. I was very thankful for Yelena’s guidance on alignment as well as her message to resist temptation to over-reach when I could potentially do more harm than good. I highly recommend her class :)

I LOVE this studio!! Absolutely stunning and sensitive new build and fantastic teachers. Just discovered it today -- I've had trouble finding great vinyasa at a great location in the Bay Area -- and I can't wait to take more wonderful classes at Anthurium.

Sometimes it takes a perfect place to change your mind. Wasn't a big fan of yoga until my fried drugged me :) the place is beautiful, clean very modern ( big plus ). Both owners are very friendly and love what they do. My first discovery as
polities the teacher Irina was very patients and relax, explaining to me what to do all although I have no idea what I was doing;) Second class was dance party yoga style class it was so much fun!!! The teach (who's name I don't remember) was very HOT !!! It was very helpful:) he teacher there every week. My experience was great both times! I'm absolutely coming back!!!!

I did my first trial lesson today. I liked my first experience a lot. I wish it would be closer to my house though. The teacher was wonderful, very engaged and helpful. The facility is beautiful also. Brand new equipment. It's always a bonus.
