I'm pretty positive that the spin bikes get zero maintenance. As a spin instructor...these are injuries waiting to happen. Neither the seats or bars tighten correctly, appears they no longer thread in place. One has a piece of paper holding in place. Pedal harnesses loosen while riding. These are not safe to use.
This facility is always freezing. I feel no comfort here whether it's the equipment or environment.

I don't know why it took me 8 months to workout here. This gym has everything I need.. Speaking as a past personal trainer , this gym has all the best equipment. Love the sauna. No reason to go back to 24hr. I don't need the "drama", people "prancing" around. The only thing that needs improving is that for people to not "slam" the selectorize equipment. If you can bring the weight down slow. You are wasting your workout and it damages the machines.

Probably the very best Anytime fitness I have been to as I’ve traveled across the United States.
Clean and huge bathrooms, all the machinery you could ask for, they also have the new recovery sauna, and Thera gun available. Neat and orderly, and you get a good view on the cardio machines!

Things are getting better at this facility,
hug improvment after they added one more employee for stay until 9pm.

The equipment always works, the staff are super friendly, and you can workout whenever you want. The personal trainers are awesome and great at getting you to your goals. I love this gym! Not only is it truly open 24/7 but it’s also small and private. Even during peak hours, I never have trouble finishing a workout. This gym is ok they could use a little upgrade on their equipment. when I cancelled the membership they charge you for a month then they reached out and said the documents weren’t enough so I had To submit other documents and they informed me they will charge me for an additional month so I have given this location a total of 6 payments before I’m able to cancel with valid reasons. I will definitely day just go to a gym where you can do month to month

This truly is the best gym within a 45 minute radius. Customer service is top-tier! Tristan and other staff do a great job at making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The extra effort goes a long way! Fellow gym members here are very courteous and wipe down equipment when they’re done. This is soley because of the culture the staff cultivated, as wiping things down is shockingly not a standard practice at some other popular gyms. I feel perfectly comfortable entering the free weight area as a woman. It is usually pretty open, and has a good balance of men and women members, which is just less intimidating than other gyms. The gym is always fully stocked with towels you can carry around through the workout and has a nicely stocked vending machine. I feel safe here, at any hour. I also can keep an eye on my car while I work out which is a nice plus. (my car has been broken into at two other gyms in chino.) I’ve never had to wait for a machine here. The bathrooms/showers are also really private and clean, instead of an open locker room. I seriously recommend giving this gym a try. I have anxiety and get overwhelmed in a crazy packed gym, I’ve never experienced that feeling at this AF. The cleanliness, customer service, safety, and the accepting vibe make this the best choice in the area, as you’re not gonna get that at the other gyms. This location is just the best!!! Come see for yourself! :)

Love this gym! I’ve been a member since January 2024. Never too busy - regardless of the time. I’ve been here at all times of day - early morning, noon, and evening, and I can always get a good workout in without waiting.

Huge shoutout to Mira who helped us sign up. She was so kind and helpful throughout the process, and she still says hi to us every time she sees us!

Shay is truly the best Personal Trainer I have ever met/worked with. She brings such a positive and fun energy to every session, it's hard not to be excited for our time! She's exceptionally good at checking in with me before each session to see what is best for us to work on based on my body/mind's needs. I am also guaranteed that every session, Shay will push me to do my absolute best, but never have to worry if she will push me too hard. She knows my limits and respects them like no one ever has. Good sized gym with sufficient equipment. I go late nights so can’t really attest to staff but seems mostly clean and accommodating. This is a rad gym in a really good location, I really like that they are 24/7 365, never closed even on major holidays as a gym junkie I can appreciate that.
They offer complimentary towel service, pre workout and supplements, 4 restrooms – 2 with showers, sauna, lounge and everyone seems pretty cool.

So, why did I omit a star?
Arrived on a Friday around 130pm and it was so busy, everyone was on a machine. The thing about Anytime Fitness is that they only have 1 machine of its kind, unlike others that have multiple workout machines. This makes it extremely difficult for some. So, if you can avoid peek hours –Early A.m, Late P.m and around noon on Fridays do it!

The sauna was very creative, I mean to fit something like that in a small space, very cool. I have yet to use it but I did open it up to take a look inside. As soon as I did, this terrible smell came out of it and when I looked inside it was dirty and did not look sanitary.

Time for a PSA – Please be considerate of others around you. Wearing dirty gym clothes or thinking it is ok to not shower for days and come to the gym, is gross (YOU STINK, Yes you!, I am talking to you bruh). Sanitize the equipment you use, especially after and be mindful of those who want to use the machine after you, re-rack your Sh%t. I absolutely hate carrying 5 stacks of 45lbs because lazy bro’s/gal’s can’t do it themselves but are ok adding it on, how does this make sense?

I have other locations closer to me but I don’t mind the extra 20+ min to get to this place its literally my favorite gym and location to work out at. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It’s always maintained clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend others coming here if they want a gym with good vibes, no judgement and welcoming environment. Members with a valid key fob are allowed to open the doors unless authorized for our safety which I love and appreciate especially when I go late at night after staff hours.

Great local gym to the Preserve in Chino. Staff takes pride, constantly cleaning and making changes to better the members experience. Was very impressed by all the new equipment and the amount of equipment, I rarely ever have to wait for a machine. Loving the mix of free weights, machines, cardio, and now even a sauna. The bathrooms and showers rooms stay clean and the vending machine stays stocked. Even supplies workout towels and cleaning supplies to while down equipment before and after use. This appears to be a new gym! Very clean, great selection of workout equipment, really nice shower rooms (love the overhead shower) and a very well appointed facility. A couple minor things I noted that the owners might want to address is keeping the floor space around the treadmills (and treadmills) dusted, it's very noticeable and also if you could get a couple more fans at floor level for the cardio people that would be a big plus.. .I'm a hard-working trucker from Florida, and get around the country quite a bit! This anytime Fitness location was super convenient! Ample off street parking for my rig, and very safe.

I’ve been coming to the new Anytime Fitness, Chino location for the past 4 months. The gym has the perfect mix of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. It is very clean and well maintained by the managers Robert and Tristan. They are both super friendly and helpful. Members have access to the facility 24/7 via a key fob, which is really convenient.
