Really nice place! I have been trying to find a place that fits into what I need out of a gym this place has it. There is a lot of different equipment and a room in the back so I can workout on my own without being in everyone's view. Tons of space also so your not on top of each other or other equipment. You should come check it out.

After moving out of town, I canceled membership with a 30 day notice i was treated as a number not a person. I live 30 min away from the nearest club the expected me to commute to workout. They continued to bill me even after the 30days that I gave on notice and providing them with moving info. Very disappointed

BEST gym in Gridley by far.
If you are a strength training gym goer, and or cardio gym goer, this gym has what you need. This gym has new, clean, and taken care of equipment(hard to find in a gym). There is multiple bathrooms that are always clean and a couple with showers. Their staff is beyond friendly, accommodating, and nice. I have been a member of many gyms over the years and this gym in particular is my favorite for many reasons.
The location is also very safe and convenient.
They truly care about their members and also image and that is a very important when investing in a gym membership.
