I would like to report that the manager, Jason, behaved very rudely when I attempted to resolve an issue regarding my account cancellation and the payment charges I was receiving by email. I had several questions and concerns about the $128 payment they were requesting, especially because I had already initiated my cancellation and had completed my one-year membership.

Despite my attempts to contact them to begin the cancellation process, I did not receive any response for several weeks. When I was finally able to speak with Jason, he responded in a very disrespectful manner. Throughout the conversation, he repeatedly said, “Do you understand? Are you listening? Do you understand?” in a tone that was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude.

I found his behavior completely unacceptable, especially considering that I was simply trying to clarify charges that did not make sense given my membership status.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was probably one of the most disgusting and unsanitary gyms I have ever been to. I travel for work, driving 12h, sometimes more at a time. This is one the main reasons I chose to sign up with Anytime Fitness. I knew it would be easy to get in a quick work out and shower before I have to hit the road again. Mind you, I have been to SO many AF gyms, and when I say this one should be shut down for a cleaning crew to come in, I mean it. There was feces on the shower curtain and wall of one shower so i decided to check the second shower available which was covered with clumps of hair and someones empty container of product. I didnt even want to investigate what else could be going on with the rest of the bathrooms. If this is how the up keep of the showers are, I couldnt imagine that the workout equipment has been cleaned. Please do better AF of Windsor! This is a disgrace and you should be extremely disappointed in your establishment.

Great gym with everything you need—cardio machines, free weights, cable setups, and even a rope. Plenty of space for stretching, always clean, and open 24 hours. Can’t beat the convenience!

I read in a previous review that they lock the showers at night. This didn’t sound right so I checked it out myself.

There are 2 showers and they do NOT get locked at night. If the door is locked it’s because someone is in there.

They are some of the most spacious shower rooms of any Anytime fitness, the water is super hot (thank you AF!) and it’s reasonably cleanish. 9/10.

It's very small but It's enough to get the job done. There's only one of each machine, so it's hard to do in your full routine because some people will just sit on a machine for a half an hour or more. They should address this. The non free weight machines look like they're from the 90's so the range of motion on some of them is not great, but their equipment is always well maintained. If it wasn't for the 24/7 hours it definitely wouldn't be worth the price. Still Good Though.

Great gym! Equipment is ergonomic so your wrists aren't twisted into unnatural positions. Everything is kept clean, members are respectful, there is usually staff available every time I go and they are friendly and welcoming.

This is a fantastic gym- one of the best Anytime locations that I've tried. The equipment is literally brand new (new cable cross, leg curl, and treadmills were added today). They have a diverse mix of machines, free weights, training equipment, and cardio. It's also nice and bright, ideal for energizing you during a workout. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The gym is small and amenities or extra services are not available (sauna, massage chairs). They have 2 bathrooms with showers but are not pleasant and they have 10 minute limit. I used this option for the time being until I found a better gym (ended up being in Santa Rosa). I canceled today and I hope that it does get canceled even though they will charge me for the next 30 days which really isn’t understandable since I decided to do the biweekly option. I saw prior reviews on regards to people canceling and still being charged even after the 30 days. So I asked for a copy of the cancellation form in case anything happens. I had to ask for it, it wasn’t offered by the staff.

Gym itself/amenities are fine. Beware of their shady practices when you sign up and then cancel.

Prior to cancelling I was considering restarting a contract when I had time. Their greed and shady practices turned me off, and I won’t go back to them. I’m sticking to small businesses from here on out the next time I join a gym.

The Anytime Fitness in Windsor, CA is very well equipped for any and every type of gym workout you want. Cardio, weight machines, free weights, functional equipment and space, it's all there and more. Staffed hours are more extensive than most other gyms. The facility is attractive, spacious, and is kept very clean and well-stocked. Staff members are friendly and they are there to support you and answer any questions you have. The personal trainers are awesome! Whether you are an experienced fitness expert and just want to get a good workout, or you are new to the fitness endeavor and can use some help, this is the place to go.

I get here at 7:45 on a Saturday morning and like always there’s nobody at the front desk, which I was told when signing up there would always be someone there. Helps for safety and when you need toilet paper. At least two of the sanitizer wipe bins were out of wipes. At least two of the bathrooms were out of toilet paper. The bathrooms are always a little bit messy but today they were gross from the floor up. The door handle broke too.

This gym was only 30 seconds from my hotel and i just couldn't continue to work out here. I travel the United States and go to so many ATF. This is the second worse 1 ive been too. They said they had only been open 3 weeks but if this is the equipment they transferred over from the previous gym i would still give 2 stars. Equipment is worn out, benches are dangerous, free weights are worn out completely. Just wasnt feeling this gym.

Windsor Anytime Fitness is the best local gym, Period! large enough to find cardio, free weights or selectorized for any workout and small enough to be friendly and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful! Never too crowded and other members are friendly and welcoming as well. I highly recommend this facility.

It is a nice place, everyone is friendly, however it is far too expensive!
today I went in to cancel my membership, however since I was within 14 days of next scheduled billing cycle, they "couldn't stop the next charge", so even though I no longer wish to be a member they still are going to steal my last payment, $103 for two people
They are stealing $103 from me
But their thievery is in the contract, so there is nothing they will do...be careful what you sign....
