Just came back from my first session! Jay was fantastic. It’s hard to find a true Personal trainer. His focus to my form was on point. He didn’t over work me, however, he did push me. He knew I had it in me. Gym is great, clean and kept up. Machines are all up to date. Not one complaint. I am looking forward to working with Jay to get this 50y/o in better shape and form.

I’ve been working out on my own for years and for the last couple years I’ve really felt like I’ve hit a glass ceiling. Unable to make progress, can’t get bigger or improve my strength.

Skeptical, but I met with Jay and it made a huuuge difference. I’ve improved more in the last 3 months with Jay than in the last 3 years with a workout app.

Jay is extremely knowledgeable, tailors his workouts to specific needs.

I also appreciate the attention to proper form and his concern for injury. I used to have Lower back problems, I expected them to get worse from tough workouts, but it’s GOTTEN MUCH BETTER! Unexpected but big plus for me.

The gym is always clean, great place work workout, equipment is modern as well. Friendly place, everyone is really nice and inviting. Look forward to continuing working out here.

Jay is by far the best trainer I've ever worked with! What really sets him apart from other trainers is his knowledge on the anatomy of the body and understanding exactly what you need in order to grow muscle and recover. I had shoulder issues and he was able to know exactly what I needed to do in order to heal and within 3 weeks my shoulder was perfectly functional again!
