I have lower back pain. I really appreciate that RaeLea has tailored my pilates movements to address my pain. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body's physiology; and I attribute the reduction in my pain in large degree to her pilates exercises.

An experience like no other! I honestly look forward to the next time I’m in the studio. I am a beginner and the few sessions I’ve had have were fun, informative and effective, I am excited to continue! I highly recommend the studio to any and everybody, 10/10.

ARC Pilates Collective helped me prepare for hip surgery and resulted in a very quick and painless recovery. I have stayed with ARC now for 2.5 years and am totally pain free. It's a beautiful studio focused on excellence and each client's specific needs. My husband now goes twice a week and seven friends have joined as well.

I’ve been working with Raelea weekly for awhile, and she’s been so great throughout. I came in with a long history of back/hip/shoulder injuries & pain and without a lot of hope things could get better, and she’s helped me build back up and regain the ability to be active in a sustainable way. She has tons of knowledge about the body (I believe from a former life in physical therapy) and is often asked to speak at conferences etc, so she’s clearly highly respected in the Pilates community. The space is obsessively clean and very welcoming to all levels & types of people. While I haven’t worked with them directly, I’ve seen Claudia and Ashley with clients and know they are similarly knowledgeable and caring. I’m excited that they are offering new small group classes - I’ve been wanting to come in more frequently and I think it’s great that the’ll be able to accommodate more people while keeping the same high level of personalization

I've been training with RaeLea for a little over a month. She balances really well between pushing you to work harder and giveing lots of encouraging feed back. I always feel like I've gotten a really good workout when I leave the studio. More importantly I also feel really good about myself and feel like I can actually do this to reach my goals.
