I found Archway Fitness when I was in LA for 5 weeks visiting my daughter, son-in-law, and new granddaughter. At home in Philadelphia, I lift weights regularly and didn't want to lose momentum while on this extended trip to the west coast. Johnathan made me feel at home at Archway. He listened to my goals, took into account the power lifting training schedule I had been following at home, and then fashioned workouts to maintain my strength and improve my range of motion. He offered technique tips that have been invaluable. I appreciated Jonathan's expertise and personalized approach to coaching and would highly recommend Archway Fitness to anyone seeking to start or continue a fitness program. I'll be coming back to Archway Fitness the next time I have an extended stay in LA!

I’ve been going to Archway for almost 8 months, and working with Jonathan has totally changed my life. I have multiple injuries and chronic conditions, and had been afraid to exercise for many years. Jonathan has consistently adapted to my needs. He is always thinking of new stretches, exercises, and little ways to tinker existing exercises so that they don’t cause me pain, and his knowledge of anatomy and physiology is amazing. Archway has helped me gain strength and confidence I honestly didn’t think I could build. This gym is a great community, and I’m so grateful to be a part of it!

I can’t recommend Archway Fitness highly enough. Jonathan is easily one of the most genuine people you’ll ever meet—he has such a good vibe, he instills confidence and is just fun to work out with. But more than that; he’s super knowledgeable and has a smart and insightful approach.
Jonathan starts by running you through a series of movement exercises and analyzes exactly how you move. He pinpoints your strengths, spots areas for improvement, and then designs a personalized routine that’s completely tailored to you and your goals. For me, he quickly identified mobility issues with my hips and shoulders. Just a few sessions later, I saw noticeable improvement in my range of motion.
Jonathan also helped me train my hand-eye coordination and reaction speed for my burgeoning pickleball game. All I can say is, if you see me out there, watch out.

Jonathan is a true professional trainer with tons of experience. He listened to me and what I wanted to accomplish in a very attentive manner in our 1st strategy session prior to making a customized workout training plan for me. He pays close attention to safety, which is very important to me, and corrects every single detail to get the best results from every activity. Jonathan is a great trainer. He’s both patient and encouraging. The workouts he creates are tailored to one’s needs and I have definitely been getting stronger over the past few months.
