After a decade of practice I have found an awareness within my practice and body I never knew possible. Rocket is an incredible teacher/guide/listener of any feelings, obstacles or breakthroughs you experience on and off the mat. For those looking for a meaningful daily yoga practice as a channel to the self... This is not a regular led Vinyasa class. Ashtanga is a classical series of postures that is really all about breath. It has deepened my body awareness and creativity. Highly recommend!

The new yoga studio radiates a bright, airy, and inviting atmosphere, creating an immediate sense of safety and support under the guidance of the instructor. Rocket, with their clear instructions, and thoughtful modifications, ensures a nurturing practice environment. Since relocating to L.A., finding a welcoming place for my practice had been a priority, and it feels like a stroke of Karma that brought us together. 💛🍦
