I just moved to Costa Mesa and have been looking for a yoga studio and I’ve loved this studio! I’ve done a class with Tate and jessica and loved them both. The flow was done seamlessly and they were both so friendly. The studio owner is so friendly too and I feel like a part of the community when I come here! Don’t hesitate to try this studio yourself

Babe Yoga is such an amazing studio — the classes are always challenging but still easy to follow, even if you’re newer to the practice. The space is spotless, and all the Bala equipment is top quality, which makes such a difference during class. I especially love that the studio is heated, it feels incredible, especially during the colder months!
Their Sexy Sculpt classes are my absolute favorite, such a fun, effective workout, and I really hope they add even more of those to the schedule in the future!

Such a lovely studio! Took Isabel’s power class and her flow was so well balanced. Tasteful aesthetic and owner was gracious to let me in late for my first time at the studio. Will be back for sure

Babe Yoga is hands down the best in the OC!
The instructors are absolutely amazing—so lovely, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I’ve taken classes with Isabel, Ariana, Anneliese, and Nastia, and each one has brought their own unique energy and style. The workouts are challenging in the best way—you leave feeling strong, empowered, and already excited for your next class.
The studio itself is the cutest ever—a total vibe that keeps you motivated and makes you feel good while you sweat. Whether you're new to yoga or a regular, this place feels like home. 💕
