We specialize in Injury prevention, Post rehabilitation, Weight loss (training & nutrition) and Physique competition (training & nutrition). Now Offering Boot-Camp, Spin & L1FT CYCLE classes. Early am, late pm, and Saturday classes available. Experience real results in the least amount of time.

I have been doing personal training with Eric Bravo for just over 3 years. I have worked with other trainers previously. I cannot believe the difference between a trainer that does not care about their clients goals , versus someone that makes their clients goals a main priority . Eric not only creates a specialized training program, designed for your specific needs, he does a full assessment of your body mechanics to ensure you perform movements in the correct way, as to ensure you do not sustain any injuries . Not only that, nutrition is key with his training programs . He will also give you specialized instructions on what to eat and when, to make sure your results and goals are optimal. Eric will follow through with your training program and hold you accountable, because he wants you to get your desired result , and will make sure you do, as long as you put in the work . My body type is slow to build muscle , I was doing bootcamp classes before and just maintained a “ skinny” body. After consistent training and program changes over these past 3 years , I have been building the muscular physique that I have wanted . I have found the training path I need to be on and I could not be more grateful . I am so happy I found Back 2 Basics training to get me where I am today.

Best place ever. If your just looking to loose weight or just feel & be healthy. You definitely what to go here. Been with them for about 18 yrs. And I feel so much better. I love back 2 basic. Recommend them highly. Any type of injury and Eric is definitely the person you want to see. And his wife Nargiz will motivate you and get you into shape . Their whole staff are amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

By far one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! I have never felt more comfortable and happy working out with this team ever! I finally met my fitness goals and even competed in a fitness competition which I would NEVER have thought I would ever do bc I love to eat and drink too much lol! They made my prep wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I have learned so much and even feel comfortable going to a public gym and knowing what to do. Normally it’s so intimidating but I feel so confident now. Eric and Nargiz (owners) have become my friends which so many of there clients do bc they care and are a wonderful support system. Currently they are online only which is a great option considering the pandemic- and I can’t wait u til they reopen!

This place is awesome. I have a bad back and with the advice and exercises they are giving me I can already feel a difference after a month. They make sure you begin where you need to and not where you want to. This helps you be efficient and avoid injury. If you're looking to rehabilitate, thin out, lean out, or even compete this IS the place to go.
