If you're looking for someone to help you get started in the gym or get back into it after a break, Eder is your guy.

Earlier this year I decided I wanted more structure in the gym. Eder listened to my goals and created a plan to help me reach them. We started with in-person workouts to go over the big lifts, and he also taught me how to track calories, protein, carbs, and fat.

Overall, Eder is a knowledgeable, compassionate trainer, and I'd highly recommend working with him!

Working with Eder completely changed my perspective on gym-going, strength-training, and fitness in general. Before starting sessions with Eder, I tried and failed countless times to start a strength-training regiment - a lack of accountability, guidance, and know-how had me going to the gym and essentially wasting my time with ineffective workouts.

Eder was able to tailor a full-body fitness routine that worked with my schedule and actually delivered results. He leads with a kindness and wit that I did not expect out of a personal trainer, and I looked forward to our sessions not just for the workouts, but for the conversations as well. He invests in all of his clients both physically and emotionally, and it made going to the gym so much less painless.

He teaches out of a private gym that's pretty well stocked in terms of equipment, but keep in mind there is no full locker room / amenities. Small price to pay for the service, though!

Overall, if you're looking to jumpstart your fitness game, or start from scratch - Eder is your guy. Hard recommend!

Eder is an amazing trainer who takes your fitness goals seriously and tailors your workout program to meet your exact needs. He made sure to work around any prior issues I had (ACL repair, torn meniscus, back injuries, etc) and modify exercises so that I could not only avoid aggravating them but also prevent future injuries. Would recommend Eder to anyone looking to seriously increase their fitness and also anyone who’s hesitant to workout on their own due to prior injury issues.

It was a pleasure training with Eder over the course of two years. In addition to complete full-body high interval training twice per week, I enjoyed his comprehensive approach to wellness. He promotes healthy eating by preparing realistic meal plans and sharing mindfulness practices. He is also great at tracking workouts, strength improvements and progress. I've been working out with Eder since 2019, so we've been at it for almost five years now. He's not just my trainer anymore--he's a friend. Eder is awesome because he really listens to what I need and is super flexible with our training sessions. But don't get me wrong, he also knows how to push me to my limits and keep me motivated.

One of the best things about Eder is that he follows up with me even outside of our sessions. He texts me to check on what I've been eating and to make sure I'm getting enough protein. It's those little things that show he genuinely cares about my progress.

If you're looking for a trainer who's down-to-earth, supportive, and knows how to get results, Eder is your guy. Highly recommend him!

I went there today, I Googled the place and it said that it was open, the outer door was open with no bell to ring, I called the phone number and nobody ranswered I went in, it looked like someone's house, and through the glass window I saw a women inside and I was afraid to go in because I felt like she would freak out and scream if she saw me, it was poorly lit with no equipment in sight, I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come out, then I left feeling depressed
