BEWARE! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS AND SHAMELESS LIARS! THEY WILL ASK YOU TO PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE SO THAT THEY CAN TAKE MONEY FREELY! MY MOM USED TO GO TO THEIR CLASSES FOR ONE YEAR, BUT THEY REALLY SUCK AT MANAGING PAYMENTS! SHE WAS OFTEN CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES AND EVEN INCORRECT AMOUNTS! TO GET IT CORRECTED, I HAD TO EMAIL NUMEROUS TIMES! THEIR RESPONSE TIME TO EMAILS IS SUPER SLOW TOO - AVERAGE 2 WEEKS! WHEN MY MOM DECIDED TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP AND TOLD THE FRONT DESK, THEY TOLD HER IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF AND GUESS WHAT? NO BODY DID AND THEY CHARGED THE NEXT MONTH AND WERE GOING TO CHARGE THE FOLLOWING MONTH AGAIN IF I DIDN'T FIND OUT THE CHARGE ON MY CC STATEMENT! WHEN I CONTACTED THEM, THEY SAID THEY HAVE "STRICT" CANCELLATION POLICY WHICH REQUIRES ONLY "WRITTEN REQUEST", AND WHEN I EMAILED BACK SAYING HOW COME THEY NEVER TOLD ABOUT IT IN PERSON WHEN MY MOM REQUESTED FOR CANCELLATION IN THE STUDIO, THEY LIED ABOUT EVER HEARING ABOUT IT FROM MOM! WHEN I TOLD THEM MY MOM TALKED TO THE PERSON NAMED "LUCY", THEY KEPT ON INSISTING IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE THAT SHE COULD TALK TO LUCY BECAUSE SHE IS NEVER IN THE MORNING. DID MY MOM TALK TO THE GHOST THEN? MY MOM IS ONLY 60 AND IS IN PERFECT MENTAL CONDITION WITH JUST FINE ENGLISH SKILLS, BUT THESE RACISTS NOW ACCUSE MY MOM OF HER "RESTRICTED ENGLISH SKILL". OK, EVEN IF THAT WAS TRUE, I BELIEVE THEIR ENGLISH SKILL IS EVEN MORE RESTRICTED BECAUSE THEY CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND SIMPLE ENGLISH "I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP." AFTER HEARING THIS REQUEST, CAN ANYONE WITH EVEN MINIMAL ENGLISH SKILL MISUNDERSTAND IT OR NOT UNDERSTAND IT? YET, NOBODY BOTHERED TO DO ANYTHING, NOT TO MENTION A SIMPLE EMAIL TO FOLLOW UP ON HER REQUEST! MY MOM WAS CLEARLY TOLD BY THE PERSON AT THE DESK THAT SHE WOULD TALK TO THE MANAGER ABOUT IT, MAKING HER MISUNDERSTAND THAT THE REQUEST WAS UNDERSTOOD AND SOMETHING WOULD BE DONE. BUT AGAIN, THEY DID NOTHING AND KEEP ON USING THEIR SO-CALLED "STRICT POLICY" THAT REQUIRES "WRITTEN REQUEST" FOR CANCELLATION. WHAT THEY SEEM TO FORGET IS THAT THE POLICY IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR THE POOR SERVICES. I have tried spinning classes before at garden variety gyms such as LA Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness. Make no mistake, a class here is a definitely step above those. Even as someone who is in decent shape, parts of my body (especially the legs) are still sore as I type this! If you have taken an aerobics class before, think of this as similar in concept to that, except on a spin bike. Though the class was challenging, our instructor's engaging persona and high energy direction kept us pumped all the way to the finish line. Just this alone provides a much more different experience than from the spinning class at your local gym. Being in the room was like being at a club - a dark environment with beaming lights, upbeat music, and sweaty people. Thankfully, unlike some clubs, air circulation and ventilation were not an issue.

Best spinclass ever because of Jackson. I’ve been coming for a year. Spinning for 3 it took me a long time to find the perfect studio and instructor. I use ClassPass to go to his classes and pay extra each class just to keep going to it. He says motivational messages during the entire class that get you in a great powerful mindset and his music is fun. Everyone in the class goes hard and has a fun time! I absolutely lovvvvvvvveee taking it, and look forward to the next one.

First time attending a class here, registered for their 9:45a class. I called them to let them know I was lost in their parking lot at 9:40a and they provided me with instructions on how to get to their facility. I rush to get there and arrive 1min after their 5min deadline arrival time, and they notify me that "unfortunately, you must be in class 5min before start time to take the class", which by all means I respect. However, why not tell me this while you're on the phone with me at 9:40?!?

I love it ! They have about 40 bikes in the studio. Trainers are very positive and friendly. You can burn about 600-700 calories per class. Thank you Bespoke for great studio and environment you create
