Beyond Her Body Studio is a women-centered strength and wellness space created to help women feel like they truly belong. We offer empowering strength classes, Pilates, yoga, conditioning, and open-gym training hours inside a beautifully curated, Latin-inspired space. Our focus is proper form, safe progression, mindset shifts, and building confidence through movement and community.

I can't express enough of how much I love and enjoy going to coach Atalia's classes. I was introduced to pilates by a friend and with recently started graduate school a pilates membership was out of my budget. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity Beyond Her Fund has done for me. I have been able to attend classes for two months free of cost. Every class has been amazing, filled with positive supportive individuals. The community is incredible! I have found a place where I feel safe and motivated. This is the place to feel connected, strong and empowered!
Atalia thank you for allowing me to continue to attend the classes. From someone who asking for help is difficult I feel seen and heard by you. I truly cannot express how thankful I am for allowing me to share a little bit about me. <3

I cannot begin to emphasize how amazing Coach Atalia and Beyond Her Body (BHB) are. I came to BHB during a personally challenging time, and I was completely discouraged with my own personal health and fitness. Atalia not only helped me to get back into working out again, she also always made an effort to check in, made it clear how much she cared about her client's mental/personal well-being, and always went out of her way to be encouraging. Atalia is one of the best coaches I have ever had the privilege of working with, and it's been amazing to see both her dedication and drive to expand the BHB community and create a safe space for women's fitness. She is honestly such an inspiration both as a fitness coach and a business owner. Above all, Atalia has been incredibly intentional about curating a warm, welcoming, non-judgmental work out environment. She even encourages us to think about life outside of just fitness (i.e. personal finance, career goals, family/love lives), and fosters a place where women can really work on themselves and find like-minded community. So, if you are a woman looking to invest in your physical fitness/help, wanting to overcome gym anxiety, or are simply looking for a community of positive and encouraging women: I 100% recommend coming to BHB.
BHB offers group fitness classes (perfect for all fitness levels!) as well as 1:1 trainings. And for my pilates girlies: Atalia is becoming a certified pilates instructor and has even started offering a small pilates class once a week (there is truly nothing this woman can't do, lol!). I can confidently say that there is NO other place in the Sacramento area that caters to women's fitness in the way that Atalia/BHB does. BHB is truly one of a kind. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

Beyond her Body workouts are definitely challenging, if you are someone looking for motivation and support this gym offers that and more. Coach Atalia checks in with us throughout the entire workout, the members are kind and also help each other when needed! After the cool down Coach Atalia offers a safe space to connect, this experience has been very meaningful to me.

I’ve been lifting for 15 years, but training with Coach Atalia gave me the push I needed to feel inspired and actually get stronger. I really enjoy Atalia's classes. She challenges you in all the right ways but also encourages you to listen to & trust your body. It also helps that every single person I've met in her classes has been as kind & welcoming as she is. I started my fitness journey back in January with Atalia. She makes the environment so warm and welcoming. Pushes me to limits I didn’t think I could push. She motivates, encourages and the most important thing of all treats you like family. The group is always a safe and respectful space. I do really leave reviews but she deserves the 5+ stars.

I’m glad I signed up for a 1:1 with Coach Atalia. It was such a positive experience, and she made me feel comfortable from the start. As someone new to fitness, I truly appreciated her supportive and welcoming approach. I already felt like I was working out with a friend :). I can’t elaborate enough of how much I love Coach Atalia’s approach and style to her workouts. I started out initially doing 1:1 trainings with her as I was so intimidated and anxious of jumping into a class session with no previous professional training before. She was so understanding and empathetic to my feelings and worked with me and me so comfortable in the workouts that I agreed to do the group workouts. Atalia is so sweet and I had a feeling like I’ve known her all my life, she’s very personable and works with you and caters to your needs and makes sure you have what you need for your workouts and doesn’t push you beyond your limits, but to listen to your body and go at your own pace. I love her Pilates mat classes on Fridays and she does offer some weekend fun events. I definitely recommend her over and over again. She has become more of a coach to me, she’s an amazing mentor, confidant and amazing amiga :)

I've been a proud member of Beyond Her Body since September 2024, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my wellness, my mindset, and my sense of community.
When I moved to Sacramento, I didn’t have a consistent workout routine and was feeling a little stuck - mentally and emotionally. I’ve always loved fitness, but I hadn’t found a space here that felt like me. I was craving something deeper than just workouts and body goals, I wanted connection, consistency, and something to help me feel grounded.
Then I met Coach Atalia and everything changed. Her in-person group workouts were exactly what I needed. Beyond Her Body is exactly what the name says, it’s about mind, body, soul, and sisterhood. It’s where I move, breathe, heal, and feel seen. I’ve found balance in my life, consistency in my wellness routine, and the reminder that I don’t have to do it all alone.

I’ve had a really positive experience. I’ve been searching for a gym that offers guidance without the cost of full-on personal training, so this has been the perfect fit. The workouts are fun, challenging, and never boring. I actually enjoy it so much that waking up for the 6m class isn’t as tough as I thought it would be. I usually feel sore the next day—in a good way. It’s a positive, supportive environment for all fitness levels, and I’m so grateful I found it!

Atalia was amazing! I really enjoyed her class. She does a great job demonstrating each movement and clearly explaining which muscle groups we’re targeting. I’m so happy I found this class on ClassPass! I already go to a gym, but I could never find the motivation to wake up early and work out.. until I tried this class. Since then, I haven’t looked back. Atalia is the sweetest coach, but don’t be fooled. She’ll work your butt off! Her classes are fun, welcoming, and make you actually look forward to working out, even at 6 a.m. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it! 😍

I truly enjoy Beyond Her Body! Atalia has created such a beautiful and uplifting community. I value diversity and seeing people of color especially brown women coming together to improve their health and overall wellness and having an instructor that brings her own unique background to the workouts. From the playlists to the thoughtful questions at the end. I come for the workout, but I leave each class feeling inspired and strong just from the women I’ve been able to connect with. If you’re looking for a place to learn to workout or improve on your skills all while feeling motivated and inspired to be better this is the place for you!
