I’ve tried out a lot of gyms and studios in West LA, but this is the only place where I’ve truly felt a sense of community and gotten an incredible workout. I love being able to come multiple times a week and always find a new class format to keep things fresh. There’s no need to look anywhere else—this place has it all: strength, cardio, amazing coaches, and a welcoming community.

I joined BFT Brentwood a month ago after relocating here from the east coast. For me, finding a new gym can be intimidating and I was looking for a place where the people wouldn't look at me like an alien when I walked in.

I hit the jackpot with BFT! Everyone is incredibly welcoming and encouraging, no matter what class or time of day I've attended. Very diverse group of coaches and I love how unique each of their styles and personalities are.

Nice mix of strength and cardio based classes + 6-7 different class times to choose from each day during the week. The workouts are challenging for sure but clearly explained before each class with the exercises on screen in case you forget. I'm already feeling strong and I'm looking forward to getting stronger with my BFT Brentwood crew!

BFT is a fantastic and fun workout combining cardio and weights over the course of the week. Highly recommend going every day for best benefits. The instructors are friendly but also provide the perfect amount of “push” and technical advice which is critical for more heavy lifting. The classes have the right amount of members - not too many but enough to create a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend to new members.

The results one gets at BFT are second to none at all. In particular, classes taught by Coach Megan will whoop your ass, which is what you—yes YOU—need but don't yet realize. At BFT you are meant to feel the burn and excel in it, and after some painful acclimation you are a better version of yourself. I cannot recommend this spot enough. Worth every single penny.

Awesome gym! They really do use data-driven programming like periodization to help you get stronger over time, and they offer testing so you can prove it to yourself. I love the selection of cardio, mobility, strength, and power based workouts so it doesn’t get boring and you can develop the many dimensions of fitness. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and amazing people, and the diverse community of members is really fantastic.

Strength of body, mind and character.

I was never one for classes, I thought they wouldn’t be my style or the trainers would be annoying, etc, etc. - BRENTWOOD BFT couldn’t be more the opposite of those negative perceptions.

The coaches and staff have created a wonderful space in the community filled with positivity, acceptance and growth.

The classes are well-programmed and offer something for everyone whether BFT is your only source of fitness or if it’s one stop in a week filled with activities.

All of the coaches are fun, knowledgeable, approachable and skilled trainers. Try a class for yourself; you won’t be disappointed.

I've been a member of BFT Brentwood for a few months and it's the first time I've been a part of a fitness community I truly love. The instructors are always encouraging and supportive and it's great being paired up so you get to know other people in the neighborhood. I've never felt stronger or been more consistent in my workouts, highly recommend.

Tl;dr this gym is great, best strength + conditioning gym I've ever attended. Since March I have lost 6 pounds and 3 inches off my waist and all my lifts have gone up. The community is great too; since I've joined there's been a really fun social at the gym with wine and tacos and stand-up comedy, and there was also a chill Sunday morning group hike.

More details:

- the coaches are really special. They're all knowledgeable but with different areas of deep understanding.

- the programming is great. Same class all day every day, so no need to overthink your schedule. Just show up every day, doesn't matter what time, and you'll be with the program. There's also plenty of variety even within the same-named classes; today's HIIT won't be quite the same as last week's.

- Not every class is RAWR GO ALL OUT. Sometimes the strength classes have fewer sets and longer rests, so you can push the weight. Sometimes the cardio classes are bursty; sometimes grindy. Sometimes you're solo and sometimes you're partnering up. It's a lot of fun.

BFT is the best workout on the Westside of Los Angeles. The flexible scheduling and variety of classes is ideal. The trainers are beyond friendly and have real expertise in personal training. They always are there to provide hands on 1 on 1 training during the class. Brand new beautiful facilities and equipment that is state of the art. Amazing community overall. So welcoming.

BFT recently opened in the Brentwood neighborhood, and I have been loving every second of it!

The coaches are all incredibly genuine and motivating, the 14 different class types always keeps me on my toes, and the technology they use to track my efforts is top notch. The community amongst the members also really sets this place apart!

I have never had 2 coaches in a group class, so that hands on private training feel in a motivating group setting is incredible value for the membership.

I am in the best shape of my life and the results from their progression training blocks is already paying off. Couldn’t recommend BFT Brentwood enough!

I joined BFT just a few weeks before the Brentwood location opened and was lucky enough to attend the very first class — I’ve been hooked ever since. The trainers are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. They take a group fitness setting and make it feel like a personalized training session.

One of the things I love most is the community. The people who attend are welcoming, encouraging, and down-to-earth — none of the judgmental or cliquey vibes you sometimes find at other gyms. It makes showing up every day something I genuinely look forward to.

The variety of classes keeps things fresh, with each day offering a new challenge and focusing on different muscle groups. It’s also one of the only places in Brentwood offering this kind of consistent, high-quality strength training — which has made a big difference for me. The cardio sessions are no joke either — you'll definitely leave sweating! I’ve been going five days a week since they opened and I’m so happy with the results I’ve seen from building a routine here.

I highly recommend giving BFT a try — it’s truly a game-changer!

I can't recommend Body Fit Training enough! I love how the workouts don't involve running for miles on end, which has always been a barrier for me in the past. Instead, each day brings a new variety of exercises, with different disciplines, so things never feel repetitive or boring. The coaches (Megan, Sam, Maya, & Hunter) are fantastic – they're supportive, knowledgeable, and truly care about your progress. I've also made some new friends, which has been such a bonus; the community aspect makes it easier to stay committed!

What I love most about the program is how it feels like a personal training session within a group setting. The coaches provide personalized attention while still fostering a motivating group atmosphere. I also really appreciate the seamless integration between the workouts, heart rate monitor, and the app. It makes tracking my progress and staying on top of my fitness goals so easy. Seeing the real-time data in each class is incredibly motivating!

In my opinion, this is the best workout program the Brentwood area has had in a long time.. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, supportive, and effective workout routine!
