This review is in regards to my experience with Blink fitness at Viva La Fiesta event at the Jerry Eaves Park on 9/28/24. Blink fitness had a table booth with a spinning wheel for a chance to win one of their prizes, including stickers, pen, water bottle. My children and I get in line to spin their wheel, we’re right behind a gentleman who once he’s next to spin the wheel, he just steps to the side and starts filling out some document, so my toddler assumes he’s next and spins the wheel which lands on a prize for a sticker and the Blink booth attendant hands my toddler the sticker, next thing I know, the blink booth person asks the gentleman who just finished filling out their document if my toddler is with him, which of course he says no, so the booth attendant tells my toddler to put the sticker back. I was shocked, he took back a tiny little sticker who my toddler won by spinning the wheel that they have advertised at their booth at a family friendly event. Reason why my toddler had to put the sticker back was because you had to sign up by providing them your name, phone number, and email. I was right there, he could have just told me before taking away a tiny little sticker from a toddler that I just had to sign up so we could keep the sticker, it was rude and uncalled for.

This location (as this is the only one I’ve been to for 6 months) is good. It’s close to home. Plenty of machines and equipment. Not intimidating. Friendly staff that engage with you as you enter and exit.
But what I noticed at first, the staff cleaning all the time. But as with most things, that has tapered off to occasionally.
I think the machines for the most part are clean due to the members wiping them down when they are done. But if you take a closer look from the bottom half down they are dusty and are collecting hair.
I have noticed a machine not in service but has not been fixed in 2 weeks. Same as their water bottle filling station.
To be a member we pay a maintenance fee, I don’t see that in effect.
This is a good gym, I just think the staff is slacking off on the cleaning.
I don’t see them move from the front desk. As someone else mentioned the girls are laughing loudly, which says a lot since the music is so loud (like others have mentioned).

I got this membership because I didn’t wanted to go somewhere guetto but lately the girls in the front laugh and joke for the whole gym even tho the music is loud, you can heard then anywhere.
People reserve machines and refuse others to use.
People get mad and start yelling for the machines. 😒 I’m about to cancel my membership and look some else.

No one under 16 allowed. Deal-breaker for me because all 3 of my boys have had their own gym membership with 24hr Fitness since they were 12. Really sucked because I could've walked there. My boys could've walked to that location.

I just joined this gym a week ago or so.. I really like it , it’s very clean and the staff are friendly but I do have a complain someone broke into my sisters car they broke windows and took important stuff we had there .. sadly the gym doesn’t count with any service of cameras .. it was a very bad experience and as one of the employees there it hasn’t been the first time something happens there, it has happened to others before and I would really appreciate the owner of the gym would take some actions get some camera set or something.. it’s not nice going in and coming back out to a broken car with no evidence , no proof no nothing .. I really like this gym but I don’t feel comfortable leaving the car there now.. I rather join another gym where I know I atleast will have footage of an incident.

Love my little gym. I joined after a relocation to SoCal for family business. A 24-Hr Fitness is equidistant from where I live, but 24HF is apparently too large for the staff to keep clean conststently...it's, frankly, disgusting there. Blink has everything I need for a fantastic workout (I am using Jim Stopani"s app), and the cleaniness is good. What can't be beat is the price. For $25/month, I get everything I need. There's no group classes, pool or other larger gym amenities, and that works for me....it's like an extremely well appointed home gym (just large enough, too)...minutes away from home. I am a frequent user (6-7 days a week when not traveling for business) and I am so glad my dad pointed this gym out to me when I first arrived here because I was DREADING having to sign up for 24HF. And, Blink has a monthly membership fee as low as $10!!! There is a yearly maintenance fee of $56, and there is also a cancelation fee, fyi.

Personal was rude and not helpful. Walked in and right away before I could explain the. Nature of my bassinets she shooed me over to the kiosk. Then after she needed to perform the transaction on the computer saying she didn't know how and batting her half plucked lashes restarting the transaction. Just move to Rialto a month a go and was looking for a gym. And this one is by my house. I walk in they greeted me. No wait time the staff is really helpfull and on point the gym is a lil small but it has everything u need I got to say I love it very clean and sanitary... you guys rock. I really like this place. It’s a small gym with everything you need to get in, push it good, and leave accomplished. The staff is very friendly and everyone at the gym is generally respectful. We all got goals and we are there to achieve/maintain them.
