Body and brain yoga is the best place to relax free of stress full of energy even after one session . Staffs are very kind and helpful with your need and master Dahari pays attention to everyone. I've been in different Yoga classes, but here is something else. Great Master and great staff, they pay attention to each student's needs to increase their energy level, health and happiness. Thanks to Masters especially Master Dahari, she is a true Master. I Personally honored to be able to study with them and I've learned more than I can express here.

I have been with Body and Brain Yoga for three plus years and just love the classes. I joined for the meditative benefits for stress reduction and also for flexibility and overall wellness. The Masters are well trained and really work with you for the best benefits. If you are looking for a well-balanced yoga class, this is great.

I signed up with Body and Brain 5 months ago and i wanted to wait to give a full and more longer overview of the center and experience.
Now i can say with conviction that Body and Brain center and Master Dahari have changed my life.
I had no control over my anxiety and no knowledge of the inside emotions of my body. This center and Master help you connect again with your body and your mind. Progressively you will see results that No doctor, No medicine will ever give you!
I LOVE Glendale center the energy of the students and Master really feels like a great little community. We cherish this place and our Master cause it helped all of us recover from emotional distress but also physical condition.
Not enough words will describe my gratitude for this center and Master.
Please go and check it out all those techniques of breathing and relaxing also stretching your body will improve your well being mentally and physically!

I've been coming to this studio for about three months now and I love it. Master Dahari is really attentive to all her students. The classes are a great combination of stretching , breathing, and meditation. If you are looking to make yoga and meditation a part of your everyday life, I say give this place a shot.

Tried this place out this year and have nothing but good things to report. Was stuck trying to rid a foot injury and so I tried their classes to help improve my circulation, flexibility, and overall wellness. It's worked, and I have to say this place was a huge part of my recovery!

I have been going to Body & Brain yoga for a few months now. At first I was skeptical to take a yoga class because I have so many ailments that doesn't really allow me to do certain movements or stretches. In addition to this, my mind constantly runs and I didn't think I could get into a meditation mode but I was willing to try it out.
From the first time I had called I had the pleasure of speaking with Master Dahari. That same day I had attended her private lesson. Just from that first lesson I have never felt so uplifted. So i decided to attend more of her private lessons. Master Dahari is an amazing instructor. She knew I was scared to take group classes since i was disabled and I was always worried about people looking at me. After taking her private lessons it gave me the advantage to prepare myself to just relax and focus. I now attend group classes and the staff and members are all so friendly and welcoming. Master Dahari always makes sure that I'm ok and let's me go at my paste. Attending both her private and group lessons is healing me tremendously in mind, body, and soul. I am so thankful I found this place and I feel so blessed that I am not only healing myself physically but emotionally as well.

I have taken workshops here and I feel my heart open to more love for myself and for others. The people here are nice and I get free massages a few times after class. There are times when I don't want to go because I'm lazy, but when I do go, afterwards I feel so Alive and have a lot of energy. Thanks guys!

Body and brain is my first yoga experience. It's an amazing program for body, mind and spirit. I healed my upper back from pain and I released my migraines which I had almost every day before I started B&B. These classes work miraculously. Using simple exercises from B&B I'm getting healthier and happier every day.

This is a great place that will help you relieve stress on a physical and mental level. The place is spacious and the instructor is great. Through the exercises i am able to feel for more calm, balanced, and centered. It is easier for me to get out of my head and not get sucked into anxiety or stress. This is a great investment and I highly recommend it, it will help your overall well being greatly!

I did yoga ,meditation and taichi in this place. After few classes my neck pain and back pain was gone. Also I sleep better than before cause I do lots of chest breathing and meditation. I like this style yoga and meditation. Instructors are warmly welcome and very kind.

I have had tremendous difficulty sleeping for many years. I have been a member with Dahn Yoga for two weeks. I went to a class yesterday morning with Ricky and last night I slept UNINTERRUPTED for eight hours. I am still amazed and so very grateful! I am happy to be on the path to better health.

Dahn Yoga has been an interesting latent discovery and has become such a valuable addition to my yogic lifestyle.
In my personal practice I tend to be more physically connected, so when I found Dahn yoga it created a nice balance that enhanced my spiritual side. Dahn Yoga is another style of yoga that focuses on chi energy, chakras, and meridian channels in our bodies. They also teach you to breath calmly to increase focus. Dahn also teaches Tai Chi and energy yoga dance. Dahn Yoga has roots from the Korean Culture. This was a bonus feature for myself because I am Korean American.
To my delight, Dahn Yoga has become a powerful tool and I have integrated the practice into my life along with other styles of yoga. Because I tend to be more “physically” connected in my personal practice…Dahn yoga helped me to slow down and reconnect with my spiritual side. Dahn Yoga helped me find what was already inside me…my spiritual self…my soul. Dahn yoga helped me focus and channel energy from my inner being. On the first day already I learned to harbor my Chi energy and I was hooked. I was able to feel the energy in my hands and control the sensation through my hands. The feeling is similar to feeling magnetic waves. Dahn Yoga also was a great supplement to my other yoga studies.
Dahn yoga studio provides group classes and private session in a nurturing environment. The atmosphere is very positive, spiritual, and brain stimulating. I believe whether you are an open person or not, Dahn Yoga can benefit in many meaningful ways. Dahn yoga helps you grow in a format that is experiential. They don’t just tell you what to do to grow…they help you live the experience in a safe environment in hope for each person to translate the healing properties/techniques into there personal daily lives.
I come from a non-religious background that sometimes appears to be very skeptical of the nonphysical world. Dahn Yoga assisted in my journey to a more spiritual self and helps me gain confidence and harbor my gut connection to faith.
-Environment: is very clean, neat, and simple. The floor is special linoleum flooring from Korea that is very practical and useful to the practice they teach.
-Perks: free teatime. The tea they brew is always delicious and has powerful healing agents. You can have a small cup after class and talk with others or take a peaceful sip on your own. They have many workshops and they are very organized practice.
-Vibe: everyone is friendly and loving. They hug a lot there but it makes sense and adds to the positive environment.
-Workers: are very experienced and are very in tune with themselves. They are helpful and caring. They will meet with you often to check on your progress and help you attain skills.

It's been a while since I started Dahn yoga. In that time I have felt and witnessed wonderful changes in my life, my family and the members in different centers I have visited through my travels. I look back at the day I walked into a Dahn Yoga center.
In 2003 I was going through a period of depression and tough times in my marriage. I was going to the gym everyday and seeing a family therapist for years. Not to mention the amount of money for medication for antidepressants and a physical therapist for my lower back. I was the victim of my own self! I desperately needed a change in my life.
Dahn has helped me in so many ways, it has taught me how to manage my life better and control my emotions. Thank you Dahn Yoga!
Now, I have committed to spread my experience around my community and encourage anyone who is eager to make the change in their lives to experience this wonderful practice. I love to share the trainings I have received and my desire is to spread joy and kindness that I have witnessed from the beginning of my transformation!

I am a long time member of Dahn Yoga.I started to attend Yoga on 2001. Since that time I am an active member and a big fun of Dahn Yoga. Every time when I enter the center I feel that I am on another planet with peace and harmony inside. I changed many masters during this long period. Every master is different but at the same time all of them are committed to do their best to help people attending the class to feel positive about themselves and their problems.. Yoga helps me to enjoy the life and at the same time to be healthy and happy.. Now my Yoga Masters are Headmaster Soo Bok Lee and master Bala(Sorry forgot your spiritual name Master).Want to send my appreciation and gratitude for the great job they are doing every single day for everybody. After and accident that I had in my leg, I suffered from a lot of pain,with time the condition got worse. I was taking a lot of strong medications (that affected all my system) and end up with, stress, depression and having panic attacks.That is when I started to search for a healthier and a better alternative. I did a commitment to myself and took a step out of the structure system in that we are all involved and gave and oportunity to myself. DAHN YOGA practice helped me, unconditionally in the process to dicovered my true self, and the truth meaning of life. DAHN YOGA MASTERS kindly guide you step by step helping you to rich your goal. I joined Dahn Yoga four months ago. It was life changing experience for me. Dahn Yoga helped me overcome my depression and manage my long-lasting migraine headaches without taking any medication. Before joining Dahn Yoga, I had migraine headaches every week and medication did not stop the paid most of the time. The fact is that I was living in pain all the time. Thanks to Dahn Yoga I am now able to manage my headaches. During the last four months, I have had a total of only two or three migraine headaches. I wish I had joined Dahn Yoga years ago. I would like to add that as a bonus I lost twelve pounds within four months. The masters (instructors) are very nice and caring. The atmosphere here is very positive. Additionally, I have met a number great people with positive energy at Dahn Yoga. I would recommend Dahn Yoga to anybody regardless of age, gender and health condition.

I started coming to Dahn Yoga 18 months ago. At first it was only once a week, but now as I have more free time, I come 4 days and it has made the world of difference. I feel wonderful! My body is so much more flexible and more relaxed. Working at a desk for more years than I can count, left me with a lot of tension in my shoulders. Now that is relieved and my posture has improved as well. I have also learned how to breathe deeper which helps you relax. I have so much more energy too! Another benefit you get from the energy meditation. My favorite class is on Friday, when we get to dance...the music helps you forget about the outside world for a short while and I feel young again.

In August of 2011 I was suffering from heart palpitations and anxiety attacks. I was in and out of the hospital for about 6 months. I was referred to Dahn Yoga by my doctor. When I first started attending Dahn Yoga, I was in bad condition and was given a thorough check-up by my master. I was desperate to seek help from people who could assist me in changing my attitude and behavior. Over time I started to see improvements in my spirit and attitude towards life and other people. This place is perfect for first time students because the friendly and wonderful staff do such a great job in helping you understand what makes your emotions fluctuate and how you can stabilize them and in turn produce positive results in your life. Today, I feel much better and more energized than I did in 2011 before I started attending. Definitely recommended for those who suffer from high stress.

I have been going to Dahn Yoga Glendale location for 2 months now and I'm loving it. Very good environment with qualified instructors. They help with health problems as well as stress issues. In those two months I have notice a huge improvement on my health, as well as how rested and fresh I have been feeling. Really recommending Dahn Yoga to everyone, they help people to stay healthy!!!
