Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi is a yoga studio in Reseda offering holistic wellness classes consisting of yoga, tai chi, meditation, and breathwork based on 5000-year old Korean traditions. We offer a variety of yoga classes for beginners and more advanced classes to energize and heal the mind, body, and spirit.

Our friendly and inviting Los Angeles yoga classes include beginner, intermediate, and advanced yoga, Core Strengthening, Energy Movement, Self-Healing with a Wooden Pillow, Tai Chi and QiGong, and more!

I am in my third year of body and brain practice. I find their exercises are simple yet challenging in their own way. The exercises they teach is a blend of yoga, tai chi and meditation that make them unique. The exercises are constantly making us feel our body, so we can sense where we are holding stress. The principle of the exercises is based on energy circulation. Besides regular exercises, their workshops have helped me rediscover myself and emotion management. I just signed up for Body and Brain as I am dealing with symptoms post surgery from a chronic illness I am facing. I really needed a way to work my body but also relax. When one is sick it is super hard to get out of your own head. Anyway, I Googled locations by my house and Body and Brain popped up in the top list. I talked to Annette on the phone and she was lovely. She suggested the introductory class to see how it all goes and it was wonderful. It was a lot of stretching and helped me with my core. The second day I did wooden plank with Priscilla. She was so thoughtful. Given my recent surgery she came and asked each time how I was feeling as we did the movements. This place is a little gem. It’s just filled with positivity and people who want to help. Their meditation/yoga methods help you reconnect to your body and really focus. Also it is super affordable. I know people say this often but one must invest in their own well being. I am glad I did so with Body and Brain. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

My experience at Body&BrainYoga in Reseda has been totally uplifting.
During the pandemic, I sat on my couch for 3 years. No exercise at all. I couldn't walk without huffing and puffing.
I am not a gym person but knew I needed to move my body somehow.
My friend suggested I come with her to Body&Brain and, eventually, I took a chance.
This decision has created enormous positive change in my energy and life.
From the first class I was hooked. I signed up and came to class often. This was 10 months ago.
Tai Chi has helped me with my focus and balance. The leg strengthening exercises are paying off. The graceful movements and energy I feel inside are more than my words can describe.
Yoga and stretching also adds to my energy, balance and overall sense of well being.
The intestinal exercises are amazing and I am releasing toxins.
Plus, my mental health has balanced out in a new way
The joy I feel in coming to the center, with Masters Soul, Annette and Ehrene, has made me happy and content. The classes are fun and other members are kind and respectful.

This is an incredible avenue to heal your body mind and essence. I am a nurse who started quite a few years ago with a diagnosis of uterine and two years later thyroid cancer before I was 36 years old. I have been cancer free for 21 years. I have learned to reconnect to myself, charge my energy, by circulating my oxygen and blood supply in addition to improving my breathing.
I used to believe that to be a good human, I need to drop everything, give other people the energy and attention they needed, while completely ignoring and depleting myself to the point of getting sick or angry and resentful. I am attending Body & Brain classes for nearly two years now. Previously I used to go to the Valley Centre location and now attending online classes. These classes are true investments in your health. I feel very happy that despite lockdown restrictions these classes helped me to remain healthy and in good spirit. There are varieties of classes that help generating energy in each part of our body: The breathing and slow movements are easy to follow and relieve stress. I like Master Cobb’s classes and I experience warmth and heat generated inside me after each class. The brainwave vibration and meditation are also useful to alleviate anxiety. Highly recommend it!

Valley Body & Brain Yoga has really stepped up during this pandemic! I have enjoyed Body & Brain Yoga for several years before Covid but have been impressed with how much more is being offered to meet my needs in these stressful times. Online I'm able to attend the daily classes I used to attend at the center, but the Valley instructors have joined forces with the other Body & Brain Los Angeles North Regional Centers instructors to offer additional classes on strategies for a good night's sleep, stress management, breathing meditation, gut health and mindful eating; all of which I've found especially helpful during this crisis. In addition to the healing benefits of class exercise and relaxation, I've gotten additional health benefits from these special classes. The different instructors are all experienced, passionate and attentive, bringing the variety of their individual style to their classes. After every class, I feel great, my energy is refreshed and brighter. I'm checking out the 20 minute free coaching sessions next!

I recently signed up at Body & Brain Yoga a week ago and the results I'm seeing in just that short time have been amazing. Talia is a wonderful instructor in Yoga, Tai Chi, and organ detox. Doing those classes with her I feel so much better. I'm relaxed yet energized, having much better sleep, I can feel my flexibility getting much better and my wanting to smoke cigarettes has gone down tremendously. Erika did a wonderful intake after my first class. As she did a check on my chakras she started telling me about blockages I had and where energy was not flowing properly. It's as if she's known me for many years. So far I love this place and would definitely recommend it it to family an friends.

I recently went to visit this Dahn Yoga center for the first time to try the class out there, and I felt so loved and welcomed by everyone, especially the master instructor guy, I could tell that he really cares about the people that come in to his center. DAHN Yoga is incredible. Since I began I feel so much better inside and out. I am definitely limber, my bones and muscles feel much better when I sit at work too long because I have learned to stretch and also relax more. I do everything in my power between my busy schedule to make my yoga class at least 4, maybe 5 times a week!

I have been a member of Dahn Yoga for almost 3 years now. Until then, I did not like yoga, with its uncomfortable poses in which you are supposed to relax and think of nothing! Dahn Yoga is a very different type of yoga, it is all encompassing, because it is not just physical, it is also very spiritual. I am always amazed by the smile and happiness that I see on other members' faces after they take a class. Even the depressed people leave feeling lighter, happier and more hopeful. The classes are for everybody, old and young, athletes and coach potatoes, healthy and unhealthy. We learn about our body and how to make it healthier, as well as technics to meditate and come to a place of peace, hope and happiness. Sure, we do things differently from other yoga centers, like tapping, dancing on upbeat music, laughing... but the meditation and relaxation are beyond comparison. You can take part in many different trainings or simply take the classes. The money you spend there is money well spent; it is an investment in your health. I like it so much that I now want to teach it to kids! Come and try, you won't regret it!
