Ester is beyond brilliant ! I have been training with Ester for 5 months now and my knee after surgery has never felt better or stronger or more stable. Her knowledge of the body and musculature is extraordinary and she’s really both a functional fitness trainer as well as - if I can say - a physical therapist ! And she’s fun and very inspirational- thank you Ester you really have transformed my 62 year old body !!!

Ester is an experience – one that you do not want to miss! I am lucky enough to have that experience a few times a week on zoom. Ester offers her studio for training as well but with my schedule, it is a bonus to be able to hop on zoom and get an amazing workout time after time. What a difference she has made in my fitness level. Her work on balance has saved
me from a couple of dangerous falls. My overall energy level is higher. I am so much more flexible and my core is so strong I feel taller. Ester makes us powerful and vibrant.
Ester works our brains as much as our bodies and it feels like she is my greatest ally as I celebrate birthday after birthday. Ester trains all ages and all fitness levels, and it is thrilling to
watch her personalize each person’s workout in one class. She is so passionate about her vocation and is always studying and reading to stay on top of it all. That is truly such a gift to her students. We not only are treated to her creative powerful workout classes, her rich rumbly laugh, and fitness /life metaphors, we also get mini lectures in nutrition and health and recent studies etc as we work out. Like I said, Ester is an experience! Her community is very special, and I am so fortunate to be a part of it. Experience Ester for yourself!

I can't say enough good things about Ester. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and overall an incredibly gifted trainer. I've had a lot of trainers throughout the years but I can definitely say Ester is the best. She is a guru of the human body! She knows so many different and creative types of exercises using workout bands, weights and other props. I never get bored or feel like the classes are repetitive.
I live on the East Coast so I can only participate in the Zoom classes with Ester and the group. There's a real sense of community in the group and because I work from home I really get all the benefits of a being in live class at the gym.
Highly recommend her Zoom classes or even a Zoom personal training. You won't be disappointed!

Ester makes you stronger and happier human being! Her sessions are fun and challenging at the same time. She makes you not just doing repetitive workout but makes you think and use right and left brain as well as right arm, left arm, legs, core etc.

Training with Ester for 6 months now and can not believe how she is able to come up with new exercises every time! She uses tools and equipment I have never seen before - simple and effective. Not many weights, mostly my own weight. I have gotten much stronger, agile, and my balance has improved drasctically, I can fully squat without a pain in my knees for the first time in 8 years. And she is fun and an amazing human being on top of that.

I was recommended to see ester by some friends who gave her rave reviews , I was skeptical . Over the last 4 months , she has changed my life , my mobility and strength is drastically improved, she has taught me awareness of my body and how to protect against injury that I have been plagued by in exercise . I feel and look great . The more time I spend with ester the more I value her unique talents . So grateful for her knowledge and detailed perception . Genius.

Awesome trainer! So glad that my friend recommended Ester’s Zoom exercise classes since I was bummed about not being able to go to the gym in person during this pandemic.
Her classes have been immensely helpful both physically and mentally.

Ester is a fantastic trainer! Her online zoom classes are so convenient and I always get a great workout! She is a really good listener and can adapt to any skill or age level. Ester is an excellent, patient instructor with a wealth of health knowledge. Whether you are 20 or 80, she can help you improve your fitness level. Her classes are excellent with lots of special attention to your particular needs. I'm so glad that she is using Zoom for online classes now so I don't lose any muscle tone. As a tennis player, I really appreciate how fit she had made me. She always knows how far I can go and has helped me to see myself as a competitive athlete. I love her nutrition classes and tips too. I loved Ester's workout class. She's hilarious and encouraging when she teaches. It was exactly what I needed to keep motivated. Her workouts are very challenging, yet at the same time, gentle and doable. I got a a full body work out and stretch and never worried about getting hurt. That's key. Ester is very knowledgeable and came up with adaptations to exercises to accommodate an injury that I'm rehabbing. So great!! I never felt like I was getting left behind. And each class is different. So, my mind stays engaged as well as my muscles.
As much as I like her classes in person, I hope she continues with the Zoom online classes, too. I loved getting personalized instruction from the comfort of home!

I am 63 years old and have had multiple sclerosis for 20 years and I have been coming to see Ester for more than a year now. Originally I started coming for her chair workouts and now I have graduated to functional fitness classes three times a week for one hour I have increased my stamina my endurance my strength and my balance. I have been relying on using a walker for ambulation and now I mostly use a cane. I am also much more agile than I ever was before and I have limited the amount of time that I actually fall because my balance is so much improved I’m able to move in a more safe manner so I have definitely limited the amount of falls.

I have started training with Ester from mid February. In short two months, I feel I have made so much progress with her! I have lost 10 lbs since i started with Ester. I am two pounds away from my year end goal! And it's only early May!!! Talking about ahead of schedule!
Ester is tough be personable! Best combination for a trainer! I have improved so much of my strength and balance in short amount of time and I have not lifted weights at all! It's like magic! But you got to work hard! She will kick your butt if you don't!
