Body By Judy is a Personal Training business designed not only to train you anywhere without relying on a gym or equipment; but also teach you how to be self motivated. It is useful to have a list of new exercises to perform and the coaching on how to do so effectively and safely; but knowing why these movements are best suited for you will motivate you on a deeper level. Learning to have self awareness on what it feels like to have correct form and get the most out of your workout is a priority. I have been working out with Judy for over 4 weeks now and have learned so much. Judy is by far one of the best personal trainers out here in the Central Coast. She has pushed me well beyond my limits. Who new that I could build my endurance much more just by breathing correctly. If there is one thing that I know now is that with out the basic proper body mechanics moving to the next level in your fitness is meaningless. She has helped me correct my posture and pushed me hard ! I am so thank full for her she is the best !!!!!

🙌🏼Hands down one of the best personal training experiences I have ever had. I went to Judy because I needed the extra push, and also I wanted to learn how and why my body moves the way it does. Not only did I get a good workout but Judy also equipped me with knowledgeable tools that will forever change the way I workout. I can now workout in confidence knowing that I am performing my movements correctly. I highly recommend Judy!! She is intense! 💯 💪

I am a mother of two who has always been a skinny person, so I never thought of incorporating fitness in my life. Last June I broke my ankle and due to being laid up for months I gains sooo much weight!! I tried following the fad diets and I even tried to workout, but because I didn’t know the basics of it, I didn’t know how to properly do it so I always gave up! Thanks to Judy I was able to understand body mechanics that made working out so much easier. She was so patient and so motivating. She put up with my kids always interrupting and she pushed me when I thought I couldn’t do more. She believed in me and now thanks to her I believe in myself!!! I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for me!!!

Judy is incredible. I signed up for a series of training sessions with her last summer. As soon as the first series was over, I had to sign up for one more. Judy pushed me beyond what I thought were my limits nearly every time we worked together. I was willing to go there with her because I knew I was in expert hands. Judy really cares. She knows so much and she is totally inspiring. By the end of the very first session, I felt better. Several weeks in, the results were visible and obvious. We took photos at the beginning and then again when my sessions were through. After two months, I looked much healthier and I felt much healthier too!

This chick is amazing!! Listens to what goals you're trying to achieve and she sets the plan for you! She understands everyone is different and so are their body types! She pushes you harder than you can push yourself and makes you feel like you can overcome any obstacle! Truly amazing person both inside and out!

Her program should be called Booty By Judy. Absolutely amazing!!! We have done personal training sessions that have changed the game for me. I not only feel stronger but I can do exercises and strength training the right way. She really takes the time to show me loves the proper way while giving me a killer workout! I am so glad to not have met another hustle mama but a professional who shows so much passion. She has also been a massage therapist for nine years and is phenomenal!!! So you can get all your holistic healing by working out and getting a massage after :)

I went to Judy because gyms are just not for me. I like the outdoors and when attending the boot camp classes i felt as if I had my own personal trainer even though it was a group setting. She made me feel confident and took time to teach me the techniques to execute the workout. The small but effective workouts Judy taught me I was able to do them at home . I highly recommend her if you are trying to have fun while working out . Her positive energy will keep you going and her techniques will help you achieve your body goals .

If you truly want to see your body change, book with Judy. I was fortunate enough to have a few weeks with Judy before my bachelorette party and I hadn’t felt that good in a very long time. My back hold a ton of fat and it’s always been an insecurity of mine, a few weeks with Judy and my back was actually something I liked! I was finally able to see a difference in my body. She is kind, hard working and will push you to get the results you want. She is the best!!!!

I came to Judy when I needed to prepare for a 16.4 mile obstacle course race. What I really appreciate is how she prepared me not only physically but mentally. Not enough practice and time goes into mental preparation and being set up for lifelong success with whatever your fitness goals are. Sure there are grueling times when I look over and want to cuss at her but she will push you to your individual limit and listens to how you personally like to be motivated. In addition to all of this, I also appreciate the extreme focus on good form, that can’t be praised enough, since it will prevent as much injury as possible. After all, we all want to grow, becomes stronger, feel and look our best so we can crush the rest of our days, honestly you can’t go wrong with Judy.

If you want to see results and you’re willing to work, you came to the right place! I have received so many compliments and seen so many positive changes since I started training with Judy. She really makes you feel like you are her number one priority. Your needs and your goals become her needs and her goals and you will know it! What an amazing experience.

So...I hate working out and especially hate running! Judy has managed to help me run and not realize I am runnning lol she’s so fast! We do so many different types of workouts and she’s always changing it up.
It’s exciting to finish the class and feel so great about what I was able to do, never thinking I could in the first place, but yet at the end of the class, I feel amazing and somehow I survived and it wasn’t that bad; it was a lot worse in my head.
I have learned how to properly and safely do all these different types of workouts. No wonder it hurt before because I didn’t know how and was hurting my back and knees, when my tummy and legs should be what I was feeling. I feel better about myself and have more energy and am proud for putting myself out there. Funny I didn’t realize I needed someone to remind me to breathe but I do and it helps.
