I had been interested in finding a personal trainer for some time, but always felt intimidated due to my lack of knowledge in the gym and also by the high price point. When I found Body By Vlad online, I immediately knew that it was different from other places I had found when researching local options. Due to the website’s complete transparency about the program’s offerings, the trainers, and the (surprisingly reasonable) pricing structure, I decided to take a chance and booked a free consultation with Linea. At the risk of sounding cliché, I had no idea that that decision would completely change my life. Linea was immediately so warm, friendly, and kind that I knew this gym was something I wanted to be a part of. And that is exactly what happens when you join…. you become a part of it. Right after my consultation, Vlad reached out to see if I had any questions and provided me with a recommended meal plan and exercise and stretching program based on the amount of time I had available during the week, and he incorporated equipment I had available to me at home. When you get inside the gym itself…there is no intimidation factor here – in fact, it often feels like your own private gym. The place is always immaculately clean (even the bathrooms, with available showers), and every piece of equipment is always in perfect working order. As for the guided workouts themselves – Linea teaches and leads with patience and grace, taking the time to explain what muscle groups I’m working, so that I always know I’m doing the exercise correctly and with proper form. Don’t get me wrong – the workouts are TOUGH, but the circuits are always mindfully varied and a lot of fun, and I always leave feeling proud knowing I’ve accomplished something challenging. I have also trained with Sean a couple of times, and he is amazing! I am approaching my one-year anniversary at this gym, and the improvement in my strength, both mentally and physically, in such a short amount of time, is absolutely mind blowing. Through this program, I have become so much more aware of nutrition. I also feel comfortable walking into a gym and working out on my own, and I have so much more confidence than I did when I first started.. I can’t wait to see the progress I’ll continue to make, and would encourage ANYONE to join this amazing space.

I have been training at Body by Vlad since March. The meal plans are easy to follow. The gym and the restrooms are always very clean. Sean is my personal trainer and he is amazing! He is very professional. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I work the graveyard shift and Sean has been very accommodating and understanding with my schedule. Linea my personal trainer is so fun and easy to work with she is very accommodating and super helpful with pointers and tips how to workout one set of muscles just by changing my form a bit. Amazing experience. Vlad is a gifted trainer, who has helped me make permanent life changes for better health. Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Body By Vlad! I’ve been struggling with weight loss for years. I’ve tried different diets and gyms. One of my friends recommended Body By Vlad and I’m glad I made a decision to try it out. I’ve lost 50+ pounds!! I’ve gained confidence, energy, motivation and proper posture! Vlad is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient! The 30 min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. Having a full time job in a fast-paced high-stress environment and being a full time student could be very challenging. However, thanks to these incredible workouts, I’ve been able to manage my stress levels! The meal plan is simple to follow. I’ve asked a few times for adjustments and have been very pleased with how my meal plans have been adjusted. Vlad’s studio has everything you could ask for in a gym. The machines and equipment are all extremely comfortable and brand new. I’ve been training with Vlad off and on for about a couple years, and have made excellent progress, losing about 70 lbs. He uses a circuit training weight lifting style, which complemented some of the more traditional weight lifting I did on my own. He was the first trainer I reached out to when I was looking to take control of my fitness and has been supportive since day 1.

His gym is very clean and spacious. It has all the equipment you will need; the showers are modern and clean as well.

I’ve been going to Vlad for three months now and am feeling great. I’ve never had a personal trainer before, nor have I regularly worked out before, but Vlad makes working out approachable and less intimidating. During our sessions, we work out at a pace I’m comfortable with. He chooses workouts that are appropriate for my abilities. He has a good gauge of what I am able to do and gently encourages me to push myself, and helps out if I am struggling. He pushes me just the right amount. He also has an app that he uploads workouts for me to do during the days I don’t have a session with him. I strongly recommend Vlad if you want to feel and perform better. The lockdown injured my health, so I looked for help. I was blessed to find Vlad. Vlad is better than any doctor. In our first 10 weeks, I lost 3 lbs. a week with Vlad's strength training program and meal plan until I reached 17% body fat and became able to train for, compete in, and win numerous triathlon and running competitions. In 4 months, I won 7 first place awards, which I gave to Vlad because he made them happen. I feel fantastic and I continue to get leaner, stronger, and faster. He's that good! I hired Vlad because I was struggling to lose weight. Was lifting heavy but my nutrition was all over the place and the scale was not moving. We worked on a meal plan I started losing weight within the 3rd day of his meal plan. I am still on this meal plan and still continuing to lose weight. I lost total of 18 lbs In less than 3 months and that’s me not being 100% committed because I slipped few times. He is the most knowledgeable nutritionist I have ever worked with. I started working out with Vlad at the end of February 2021. I have always been fairly active -workouts, light weights, cardio but I gained 15 pounds over COVID and was bored. I was ready to get serious about weight loss and building muscle. I have worked out with other trainers so I expected more of the same. Not so. I have never seen such quick results. Vlad's knowledge and program is comprehensive. He gave me a meal plan, a schedule of workouts to accomplish on my days away from his studio, and suggested supplements. I started with Vlad thinking I knew a lot from my previous trainer but boyyy was I wrong. He corrected my form on a lot of the workouts I thought I already knew how to do. I used to not feel certain muscles when training but Vlad made sure we were targeting the correct muscles that we were working out that day. He was constantly checking in with me on how my workouts were and how my meal plan was going which I appreciated knowing how many clients he had! He was very knowledgeable on any question I had. You definitely get your money’s worth with him.. If I could recommend any trainer it’s him.

Best part about training with vlad is that he gives you the attention you deserve during the sessions. It’s a private gym designed for personalized training. It’s nice to be able to workout in an empty gym with a trainer.
Vlad is not just a really knowledgeable trainer, he is also trained in helping manage pain. My left shoulder and left knee was hurting me to the point, that I would cancel my full day of work. Being an esthetician is hard on the hands and shoulders. Vlad helped me in less than 2 months to acquire resistance and strength in my shoulder and knee. I couldn’t raise my left shoulder to touch my forehead, but now I can do anything. Now I’m going back for meal planing and over all getting into shape with him.

There is no better word to describe Vlad as trainer than “excellent”. He is very focused on your individual needs and your goals. I have been active most of my life but didn’t achieve any transformative results until I met with Vlad. There's so many good things to say I honestly don't know where to start! Back in April 2018 I was ready for a major lifestyle change mainly because I just felt unhealthy, looked out of shape (which in turn gave me low self esteem) and needed to be in better shape (cardiovascular & strength wise) for the fitness tests I need to pass every year.
I was searching for a personal trainer for quite some time before finally coming across Body By Vlad. I contacted Vlad and he got back to me quickly assessing my needs, not just "oh you want to work out" but more in-depth questions about my health goals, lifestyle goals and what I feel I need to do to be my best self. After the assessment I met Vlad in person at the gym to have measurements taken and go over what the program was about. After that day I started working out with him twice a week and other days I worked out I followed the workout plan he created specifically for my fitness goals.
Working out with Vlad was awesome, he made sure exercises weren't repeated to keep my interest along with my body's interest (repeats for the body aren't effective), he pushed me to the limit every time (I'd be drenched in sweat), he made sure all exercises were performed correctly and he was always very courteous, outgoing, professional and caring. The best thing about working about with Vlad though was/is the results. I saw results very quickly (& my skin was AMAZINGLY clear) which boosted my self esteem through the roof and gave me the confidence I needed for my fitness test. I was in awesome shape and knew for a fact I'd pass my test no problem, major stress relieved. I bet your wondering why everything seems to be past tense well that's because in September 2018 my husband and I found out we were expecting the baby we had be trying for since August 2018 ❤️ Trying didn't take long at all and I have a strong feeling it had everything to do with the shape my body was in. Carrying on fitness and healthy eating through out my pregnancy did wonders for my baby and I, for the most part I always had good energy levels (except the1st trimester lol), I felt strong, didn't gain unnecessary amounts of weight, was low risk for all pregnancy ailments (minor and major) and naturally delivered a completely healthy 7lb 15oz baby girl with no pain medicine or intervention from medical staff what's so ever.
After delivery I still feel very strong and did not keep unnecessary pregnancy weight. When I arrived at Body by Vlad, I was so frustrated and ready to turn to lipo suction…no really! Being an athlete all my life, I never had to worry about weight. Then I hit 45 years old (and a female) and that all changed in what seemed overnight. I gained weight over five years even though I was doubling my exercise levels. The first thing Vlad did was provide a meal plan and assess my fitness level. The meal plan is amazing! I always feel full, it’s easy, and just regular food in the right combinations. No pre-made shakes, bars or meals. I was really surprised how quickly the weight started to drop off and has stayed off. I had no idea it could be that easy! Our exercise sessions are only 30 minutes but they are so effective! When I first considered making changes to my health, I was at a loss. I had gotten to the point where keeping my weight a secret was becoming a job. Simple things like picking an outfit to wear for the day was difficult and draining. My clothes never fit right, and I was always trying to figure out ways to hide the extra weight I put on the last few years. And taking pictures?! I gained 55 pounds over a three year period. I was desperate and searching for any and every type of diet or workout routine that would help me lose weight. In the last 4 years I had put on over 45lbs. I was at my heaviest weight. Having tried so many diets in the past (in my 20’s), including low-carb, ketogenic, 1000 calorie, HCG and more, I now entered into my 30’s and no matter what I tried (including eating healthier and some exercise) I couldn’t seem to lose more than 7lbs so I would give up over and over again. I worked with Vladi for about 4 months before I relocated out of state. My primary goal was to continue working on strength and conditioning to help with an ongoing back injury after physical therapy. Since I also was overweight, it was an added bonus that he has great knowledge in nutrition and I opted to participate in his 90 day transformation with him. My expectations were met in both areas.
He is very knowledgeable with the type of injuries I was dealing with and was able to explain to me what was causing the pain and why we were doing the type of exercises and stretches that we were doing. He even spent extra time after some of our appointments to help me get stretched out more which helped with the pain. I was able to take the education that he gave me and continue to apply the information months later.
The nutritional plan he set up is very easy to follow and does not feel like a diet. I have tried other places "lose a bunch of weight in 60 days" challenges and although the weight came off fast, the meal plans were boring and I always ended up worse off as before. His plan has variation and gets great results. That doesn't mean I didn't slip a few times, but it was quickly obvious that when I followed it, I lost weight and when I didn't, I stalled.

I started training with Vlad in July 2014 with the intention of working with him for only 3 months. Fast forward to today and I still continue training with him twice a week because of the great results in both physical and mental health. Vlad holds me accountable to fit in gym time during my week. After a long work day, it's great having a quick 30 minute training session to unwind.
When I began looking for a trainer, I specifically wanted to strengthen my lower back and shoulders because of the constant pain I was in from a sedentary job. I also had a tailbone injury that caused a vertebra to be misaligned causing all sorts of pain in my lower back and left leg. Going to a chiropractor helped aligned the vertebra but the muscles that are suppose to hold the bone in place were weak and tender. I couldn't do a squat or a single push up. Exercises that required any balancing on my left leg or using lower back muscles were difficult to do at the beginning. Vlad implemented corrective exercises to help strengthen my muscles. He makes sure that I have proper form and adjusts accordingly when I am unable to maintain proper form. I haven't been distracted with any lower back or shoulder pains at work and don't feel lethargic throughout the day. Thanks for all your work Vlad!

I have been working with Vladi for approximately 2 months now. We started training in the end of October, right when holiday season was coming up. The reason I say 2 months is because the gym was closed for about 2 weeks and vacation holidays. Everyone dreads the holidays because of the extra calories everyone eats which leads to weight gain, sodium retention, all the good stuff. Last year I ended up in ICU for 4 days. Needless to say this was a huge wake-up call for me. I was overweight and definitely out of shape. I have always been athletic and in shape until I had my kids within 13 months of each other. All mothers out there can relate to the enormous changes our bodies go through. I was not seeing results by running so I decided to give Vlad a try. Vlad helped me with a great macro program (fats/carbs/protein) in addition to a weekly workout.
One month later I’ve lost four inches around my waist and four inches everywhere else. My gains have just about doubled in every weighted exercise I’ve been taught; my legs and butt are starting to look sculpted, and my upper body/back is really defined. Most importantly, my pelvic floor has been strengthened by 100%! I’m amazed!
Vlad has given me an excellent fitness program, strong nutritional guidance, and sincere encouragement. The workouts are different every time and he always shows me additional exercises to do on my own.
Vlad is no doubt very passionate about his job and genuinely cares to give me the results I am looking for. I currently play semi pro football and a client of Vlad within the last two months. What makes him a top notch trainer is that he has a deep compassion and knowledge of fitness. Vlad will compose a workout/diet plan based on your individual fitness/health goals. Vlad will be with you step by step to ensure you acheive these goals in a timely fashion. What also is a big positive with Vlad is that he's very friendly and patient. With Vlad there is no ignorant health related question. I plan on playing football for the next 10 years and being 34 years old this can be very difficult. My experience with personal trainers in the past has been mostly negative - most of them feeling like little more than drill instructors who are there to do little more than yell at you and demean you to ensure that you do exactly what they think will be best for you without any real explanation as to why you're doing it.
Vladi absolutely shattered that expectation the first time we met. He is attentive, takes the time to not only teach you proper form and routine, but also WHY the exercises you perform are vital to better fitness. Since I've started training with Vladi, I've lost over forty pounds in three months and seen a huge change endurance, strength and learned more about how to take care of my body than I ever thought possible.

Vlad is great at identifying which workouts are going to bring you the best results - and he makes CERTAIN you're doing them correctly! As a beginning/intermediate level gym-goer, I'm always concerned that a personal trainer won't be picky enough about form and proper execution of each workout - but he makes sure.
He also adjusts pace and weight levels to your needs at the time - he will push you, but in the BEST way. He's has a positive, motivating but understanding coaching style that I really loved.

I have been working with Vladi for almost a year now and have seen positive results with an increase in my stamina and strength and a decrease in body fat. When I first met Vladi I knew nothing about the gym other than cardio and I was completely uncoordinated as the left side of my body was weaker than my right. He completed a full assessment of my capabilities, not just how much I can lift or how long I could do cardio, but how my body was caring itself identifying weak areas such as my ankles, knees and lower back. With the information he developed a plan to correct my imbalances through proper technique, stretching and strength training. As I made progress he began to introduce new exercises that allowed me to shift from corrective to training and has made working out enjoyable. I also travel a lot for work and not always able to make it to the gym so he provided me with exercises that can be easily completed in my hotel room, if a gym was not available, this additional effort on his part has helped keep me on track. He is constantly on me about diet and it is true you really can’t out train a bad diet.
