Body Dada is a boutique fitness studio in Highland Park, Los Angeles. Our signature class, Body Dada The Class, is a full body barre workout that focuses on low impact, precise, controlled movements and corresponding stretches that target every muscle group, including the ones you rarely use, for that deep burn. You'll gain strength, flexibility and balance. At times you’ll use free hand weights, a ball, and a strap to assist you in toning your entire body. The only requirement is grip socks. Body Dada is for every body. No previous barre or dance experience is required for any of our classes. Our instructors are all professionals in fitness and share an understanding of movement, form, and technique to give options for all levels.

My favorite studio to come to ever since I joined last October! It’s hip, fun, the instructors and environment draws you back in every time. I always get a good workout here, it’s challenging but never strenuous. Definitely book a class if you want to tone and get stronger! You’ll work out parts of yourself you haven’t before 😮💨
My usual instructors are June, Lily T, Kelsey, and Kayli but all instructors are worth trying! ❤️

Hip studio, fun yet tough class! Love the attention to good design. Took a class with Natalia who was patient and corrected our moves in a nice way when we were doing them with wrong form. Barre class was fast paced and I appreciated the seamless transition of the music. I am going to feel the burn tomorrow for sure.

Wonderful studio. Stretch & Chill is my favorite. Kim is the absolute best and joining her Monday night class is a great way to start the week. Everything is always clean, the vibe is very peaceful, the music is always great. Class is the perfect amount of static and kinetic movements and holds.

This studio has become a new favorite of mine! The classic Body Dada class is a bit more challenging than barre workouts I've done in the past, but the instructors are so bright, positive + motivating that you'll put in the work, and be glad you did! The Body Party class with Donyea is totally fun + beginner friendly - not at all intimidating as a dance class, and you don't have to be afraid to mess up as he is so supportive, while also being so talented at choreography - you'll get into the groove + break a sweat! Lastly, the Stretch + Chill class with Kim is a total relaxing delight and wonderful reset. Really all around a very accessible and incredible studio I look forward to coming to!

Body dada is THE BEST barre class I’ve ever taken. Since I started taking classes is June, I’ve seen drastic changes in my body and muscle tone that I’ve never been able to tap into before! As a professional dancer, I can’t believe the way these classes have helped me find and strengthen muscles in my legs and glutes that I didn’t even know existed.
I used to dread/hate barre classes! I found them to be boring and overly repetitive. But I always know what to expect from workouts at body dada, they are very challenging and never boring! The structure of the class is perfect. Every instructor is unique and brings their own personality to the class, they are all amazing and sooooo helpful! If you haven’t tried it, you have to!!!

Body Dada is the best workout studio I have ever been to! The workout is amazing and you leave the classes feeling so good. The instructors are so kind and attentive to all the students.
