Coach Jessica is my kids’ trainer and she’s is THE BEST.
She knows what she’s exactly doing.
I love how my kids get back home exhausted lol 😂.
I highly recommend her and would definitely stay with her.

Jessica is amazing my son plays soccer and need some work. She really understands the fundamentals and provided us with additional exercises he can work on at home. He really enjoyed the group sessions but loved the 1-1. We moved to Texas and we were sad to say bye. She is one of a kind trainer.

This review is long overdue. For quite some time I have intended to rate Bodynamics with 5 STARS!!! My son (14.5 yrs old) has been working on his fitness with Coach Jess for about 1.5 years now and we are so thankful to her. He came in with no desire to work out or appreciation for his health, however, with Jessica's kind patience, encouraging words he is learning and growing stronger little by little. My husband and I are thankful for her and looking forward continuing with our son's fitness goals under her knowledge and wisdom of fitness!

Coach Jessica trained my teenage daughter and me for a few months and we have seen our muscle definition grow! I learned a lot from Jessica, such as which muscle groups support others, proper forms/exercise techniques, and how important protein is in our diet. The weekly workouts were diverse and I even had some muscles burning (in a good way) that I never felt before. A bonus is how down to earth and personable Coach Jessica is. She always made us feel comfortable and inspired us to keep going strong! 💪🏼

Jessica does such a great job with teaching young athletes the fundamentals of movement to keep them strong and prevent injury. My son loved her group classes that kept him motivated! Would definitely recommend. I also really appreciated when they first start and takes a inbody scan to see where we can improve as far as muscle and health.

We were looking for a personal trainer with a solid basketball and kinesiology background and we’re so glad we found Ms. Jessica! She knows exactly what areas my teenagers need to work on and always brings a fresh mix of exercises to build their strength and endurance. Bodynamics trained my daughter Aliah. She started with Jessica about 3 to 4 years ago and she has helped transform her body. My daughter is a high level soccer player and so as she’s grow , the game has gotten faster and more physical. Jessica has helped put her body in the best position to be an impact player on the field. I’ve seen her and the team work with every skill level, whether you are a beginner and just starting your fitness journey, or a top notch athlete. They build a plan and offer classes that fits you. My kids love this class! They get their PE and fitness in but in a fun way with obstacle courses and games. They come back home with a great workout! Plus, Coach Jessica is so encouraging and inspirational. Kids come back with their energy out and ready to focus on homework.📚 Plus, they are a charter school partner!

I would completely recommend going here, especially if you’re a high school student who wants to go to the gym but doesn’t know how to do stuff! I started classes with practically no knowledge of gym, and left with a better body image and the knowledge to workout in a gym solo! 10/10 recommend ☺️

Bodynamics is such a great opportunity for kiddos to get their wiggles out! Not only that, but they also learn about nutrition and the importance of keeping our body moving. My daughter attends her classes and she looks forward to them every time. She provides a welcoming environment and has such patience, my goodness! I’ve also had the pleasure to be personally trained by Jessica. She roots me on every step of the way and has provided so much insight and knowledge that I truly appreciate. I’m thankful my kids now get to be a part of that too with Bodynamics.
