Charles is the best boxing trainer in West LA. He was a boxer and a trainer and now he coaches and trains regular people. He's a one man show and the place is family owned.

The sessions last about an hour nd he's booked up like crazy.

He does all facets of boxing and boxing training. Great place.

I took a special trip to visit the gym because this guy has great YouTube videos. I looked through the door at a woman doing a special exercise. It was great and I want to go to this gym and learn from Charles. Got good equipment too for boxing.

If you're not about working hard and getting results.....don't bother showing up. Charles makes you put in the work!!!

LOVE BOXING FITNESS FACTORY AND CHARLES !
I have been working out with Charles at Boxing Fitness Factory for about a month now and really love the place. I started working out with Charles one-on-one after seeing the amazing results my buddy got working out with Charles. After about a month, I already feel and see a huge improvement in my fitness. It's really an awesome and fun workout that - most importantly - produces great results.

His workouts are highly customizable - he asks his customers what they'd like to do and focuses on that. In my case, I wanted to learn more about boxing; so we spend about half an hour working on boxing and half an hour building muscle. In addition to being a great trainer, Charles is an exceptionally cool guy - he makes the workouts a lot of fun.

I feel compelled to address some of the negative reviews. First, Charles is such a likable and cool guy that it's hard to image that these people met the same person. I can only speculate that he was busy with a one-on-one client and didn't have time to talk to them and sell himself to them. Second, as the the equipment - this isn't a fancy gym with a lot of new, high-tech gear (unlike Equinox the gym that I just quit in favor of Boxing Fitness Factory). His equipment is a little old and beat up- but I don't see why anybody needs fancy, shiny new dumbbells. His equipment is sufficient - but this isn't Equinox. Third, as for the parking - I don't know if he has a parking lot or not. I always park right in front of the gym and have never had a problem. As for the price, he offers discounts when you buy training sessions in bulk.

In short, I absolutely love this place, really appreciate Charles' efforts, and really enjoy the workouts and great results I'm getting. I unequivocally recommend Boxing Fitness Factory to you!
