I took Shea’s class for the first time and let me just say- WOW! Not only was she an incredible instructor, but the class was super dynamic and challenging. 100% will be back! Shea is knowledgeable, helpful, and has a super fun sense of humor

As a fellow Lagree instructor & someone who’s tried several Lagree studios in the OC area, Breeze is my absolute favorite!! I took class with Jami and Erick this week, both classes provided the perfect amount of challenges and modifications and incredible cueing and motivation. So much fun!!

This was my third lagree class ever and I loved it! Dina was great and I really enjoyed how challenging the class is and how you can modify the movements based on your skill level. The studio itself is so clean and cute!
