The past few weeks have been life changing. Working with BTS has taught me that eating healthy does not have to be complicated or time consuming. I highly recommend BTS Fitness LLC and his personalized training and nutrition program! If you’ve been looking to start your fitness journey and don’t know where to start, or maybe pick up where you last left off with the perfect balance of support, accountability and yummy meals…. Here it is. Stop looking and allow coach Shareef and team to guide you through! The challenge will test you but you are guided through the journey in such an easy and accessible way , the only thing that can stop you is yourself. If you’re ready get to it! . Through my experience I’ve been learning new delicious recipes and ways to balance my daily macros for a REALISTIC lifestyle tailored to your needs. No extreme diets , but balanced diets. Not to mention your workout split ready for you to view daily, no need to waste time in thinking of what workouts you need to do. I would definitely recommend anyone to challenge themselves through this program and coaching.

Shareef does a great job tailoring the program to your needs/wants! Thoughtful consideration on the meal plans, great recipes that taste good and sometimes you don’t even feel like you’re dieting. I love that you can swap out foods that just don’t jive with you with something else with similar macros veeery easily.

He definitely pushes you to your limits, and supports you along the whole way, with him and Ruby checking in to make sure you’re doing okay! (And doing what you’re supposed to haha)

Definitely retrained body to not have the need to stuff my stomach all the time, and being comfortable and okay with eating less.

I recommend you give the 30 day challenge a try!! You learn a lot, and build habits that you can implement for the rest of your life.

Thank you Shareef for this opportunity to better my physical, mental tal and emotional help.Its been a rough two years and needed a push to get myself back on track.Thanks to this program I have been working out eating yummy healthy meals(not starving myself) and loosing weight. He has been supper supportive and well keeping me accountable when I start to stray away.
