I had been taking my son to another boxing gym for a while. My son felt that he wasn't being pushed enough. He felt the work outs at this other gym were barely a warm up. I have brought my son to many boxing gyms before, but each one not as serious as my son was about it. When I brought him here it was an instant match in energy, hardworking, determined, and mutual respect from everyone. They treated not only my son, but also me, like family, making it a home away from home. Since he’s been here he has improved immensely, in such a short time. This is a great gym me n my brother go here were in highschool and like were stressed out a lot so coming to the gym and working out in a great atmosphere helped us through our tests and like you would think it wouldn't like help aside from you losing weight but nah theres great people here and especially the coach, he really shapes you as a person hes also really down to earth and very east to get along with. This is feedback from what my daughter tells me, yes female training in this facility. She comes home wanting to keep going and not give-up as she is determined to compete in the ring. It seems coach genuinely cares about his students as he encourages them to better than yourself and be held accountable, and is constantly giving life lesson and advice . Yes, workout conditioning is intense and not for the weak, but hey that just tells you they don't mess around, and are very serious and passionate on what they do. Cant wait to see a few month progressive from today. This Facility is all about respect which is something I truly like.
Ps. that person that left a 2 star review is not true, certainly they are teaching something because my daughter comes home sore from head to toe, and in just a few days she has learned so much like foot movement and so on. Obviously you cant go straight into sparring without having stamina, strength and no type of physical endurance.

Amazing gym, I’ve only been here for three weeks but it’s been amazing, the conditioning is good and I’ve noticed a lot of improvement in myself in the short time I’ve been here with motivation and the way I go about life. My family and I found this club last year 2021, my nephews started training. We’ve seen all the physical conditioning and transformations, all coaches take their time and give attention to all club members. C&F Boxing opened when my Print Shop opened, they were one of my first clients. Coach Sunny is a terrific person and his passion for teaching the youth of today morals and character. I wish I had a mentor like him when I was in the Boyscouts.

Excellent gym if you want to learn boxing or further your boxing knowledge. You will train under the best coaches around. The workouts are tuff and are meant to help you be a better in the ring. Well this is a very new boxing setup in the neighborhood the young kids have a place to come and learn some self-defense if not anything else but exercise lots of that those that are not in condition will be in condition this building that they have acquired sits next to my family's home so for the most part they are good kids and instructors from first time experience of seeing them in action
