I feel so lucky to have crossed paths with Lance! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, buoyant, disarming, and has the best energy!
As someone who's been fearful of the gym for as long as I can remember, Lance introduced me to gym basics and tailored a program specific to me and my goals after only two sessions together. I never thought I could be someone who likes working out, let alone exercise multiple times a week! Thanks to Lance, this past month I have consistently worked out and have started to feel more energized, confident, and optimistic about my fitness goals. Lance is a great trainer. I’ve been working with him for a year and I’ve never been stronger. I also have a bad shoulder that pre-Lance I would often aggravate by lifting but Lance is super aware of it and I have not aggravated it once.

Lance is an amazing trainer. I’ve worked with a few other trainers in the past and he’s the best. He listens carefully to what you say, watches carefully to assess what you need, guides you through things at an appropriate pace to challenge you but not frustrate you, keeps you motivated with positive encouragement, corrects your form, and teaches you about the movements you’re doing and what you’re accomplishing with them. And he doesn’t believe in exorbitant pricing so his sessions are a good value. He might not mention it, but he’s worked with a ton of famous faces over the years for good reason. Highly recommend.

Lance is an incredibly creative motivator. Working with him has been one of the best things I could have ever done for myself. Lance is fun to hang out with. He has a 6th sense for when it's time to change things up, challenge me to do more, take a break, etc. He has incredible intuition as a person--plus many years of experience as a trainer. You can search far and wide--you're not going to find another Lance. I'm a short attention span kind of person. The idea of "reps" over and over drives me nuts. I called Lance over two years ago just to kick-start some strength training and then move on. And here I am still!
