Highly recommend Chris for personal training! He is super personable, easy going, but will push you when needed! I’m telling you—go to him for a few months, follow his recommended diet plan and workout routine for your personal goals, and you will be amazed at the results. I’ve been with him since January and we are still going strong 💪🏾

I've know the owner for sometime but never really had the time or wherewithall to go but I've started going there recently and Chris definitely knows what he is doing. I'm so sore!! But I know that means that I worked out. It's convenient for me. (I live right up the street) I'd recommend him and CC Fitness if you want to get your body together .

Every session at CCFITNESS is definitely a challenge and a step toward your goals. Chris is a great trainer for people of all fitness levels and phases of life. The first session is free, and he offers a $100 referral incentive if you and a friend sign up for private or small group training packages!
I was lost at my old gym... just taking Zumba classes and spending hours on cardio machines, but never seeing a change in my body. I wasted so much money on that membership! Since training at CCFITNESS (weight lifting/HIIT/boxing, etc.) and following Chris's meal and supplement plans, I'm stronger and more confident than ever! Who knew this was what I needed to drop inches and "tone up"? One of the very first things I noticed after training with Chris for a few weeks was how loose my clothes were fitting and how comfortable I felt in stuff that had been too small for me before (even shoes!). I'm really grateful to be learning about health and fitness, while being held accountable to my goals. Crushing every goal and transforming my body has been life-changing! Thank you, CCFITNESS!

I went to CCFitness after my injury and talk about patience and understanding he took the time to understand where I was in my injury and what I could and could not do. Then he from when i came in for my first eval what i could and could do so i would not come in and say i cant do this since he knew that i can. I was able to regain strength, lose weight, and gain muscle mass. I feel so great and it is all thanks to him
