Hi! I teach Pilates and The GYROTONIC method in a studio called "Devon Pilates LA"
I have pre and post natal experience, extensive experience in both rehab and general strength and mobility for all ages and fitness levels. I have over 17 years teaching experience and am certified on all Pilates apparatus and Level 1 & 2 (progression 1) GYROTONIC Pulley Tower, GYROTONIC Jump Stretch Board and the GYROTONER. Gina is truly the best. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, she is warm, patient, and passionate. I initially went to her with a herniated disc and I have her to thank for my full recovery. Each session is tailor-made to not just my body overall, but how Iβm feeling on any given day. I cannot recommend her enough. If youβre even remotely considering giving pilates a chance, do your body a favor and say hi to Chai!

This review is long overdue! Gina is incredible. Relocating to LA meant finding a new Pilates instructor and studio. I was introduced to Gina and I'm so thankful β she truly understands her clients. Whether it be with her in the studio, or exercises she's taught me for my home, her knowledge is invaluable. Gina is a terrific trainer in both Pilates and Gyrotonic. I have been working with her for several years, through spine surgeries, knee replacements, rotator cuff tears and other ailments. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body; thus she knows exactly how to deal with problems that come up on a daily basis. One of the pleasures of working with Gina is how articulate she is and how well she can explain how to do each exercise, using precise language and imagery so that you understand how to move and stretch in the most proper and safest way. She constantly thinks up new exercises to do so you are never bored with repetition. Our sessions are always enjoyable and stimulating. I have increased my strength and agility since working with Gina -- and I am in my late '70's. I have had several different trainers over the years -- Gina is by far the best trained, the most careful and the most beneficial for me. I recommend her highly.

I have been doing private pilates sessions with Gina for several months now, and I can confidently say that she is one of the best instructors I've ever had. I have been seeing Gina for about 7 years, and she has been literally the only pilates trainer who has not somehow injured me. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the intricacies of the body and has helped me treat my lower back problems, lack of flexibility, and even help with my rehab post knee surgery. On top of her expertise she is a lovely person to spend my early morning sessions with!

I started pilates classes with Gina after a serious injury from an accident. She introduced me to pilates and gyrotonics to increase my strength and flexibility. From the beginning, she instinctively discovered my strengths and weaknesses and tailored exercises to solve specific problems. I would never have dreamed that Pilates would be so good for my recovery and give her all the credit! She's a natural at seeing where your real problems lie and adapts her techniques to your individual needs. As long as she's an instructor, I'll be doing pilates. An easy 5 stars!
