The gym has potential, but it tends to be overcrowded during peak hours. Parking is very limited, which adds to the inconvenience. A significant number of members are more focused on recording content or texting on machines rather than working out, which affects the overall environment and availability of equipment.

You may find yourself waiting for machines or having to navigate around people who have left their belongings on equipment but are nowhere in sight.

The gym could benefit from better planning and member etiquette, I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a focused, distraction free workout space. It feels more like a social media studio or a crowded public office though, to be fair, if you want a decent work out go around 9pm.

Ive been a loyal member at this gym for 2 years & the way I was treated tonight was absolutely disgusting. I was waiting for the Smith machine that was occupied as I did free weights next to it & when it was finally free to use I set myself up to use it when Sabino told me someone else was waiting for it & if I can get off. Obviously I was waiting for it to, just like anyone who's waiting there turn its 1st come 1st serve, So me being shocked I got up and gave it to his little friends to use as they gave me a ugly look as if i wasn't there first. Right after this inconvenience, my daughter got hit in the mouth at kids club and one of the workers in there thought it was okay to laugh when I said i wasnt returning. This is disgusting and immature behavior and they should be embarrassed for acting that way. 🤢

I feel like this location has a good customer and location base. Just my thought. Its clean. Staff is friendly and helful. Set up of equipment and new sauna is great. However sauna is always below 120. Average sauna temps are 150 to 195. In fact Rancho Cucamonga sauna temps are perfect. Fontana not great but still way more warm than Rialto. And whats with the lights off in the weight section during the week before 8am, I think that is a safety hazard that can lead to premises liability claims. Again just my thoughts on how a good gym can do better! Oh and when can we get a recovery room for those who do pay monthly for that?

Employee was unreasonably rude and loud towards my children and I tonight (8/20) . Customer service was severely lacking, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. didn’t catch her name but she’s short, wears glasses, wears hair in loose ponytail (black/red hair) and is mainly in kids club in the evenings. her along with a front desk employee. male with hat. both very inconsiderate and unkind.

Location is close to home and I like the class instructors. The bad part is that the music speaker system has been down for weeks in the body pump room making it hard to enjoy the class for Zumba also. Can’t believe that with the amount of members joined the system in the Zumba class and ac still don’t work. We keep getting told that they will be fix and nothing gets done. Definitely a downer when attending the classes.

Staff is really helpful for first timers trying to learn and adapt they teach you anything you want to know. The environment as far as gyms go, is real comfortable. I'm glad we chose Chuze for our first time. They set the bar high!!

Destiny , Nicky, and Liz are such amazing characters/people. I was anxious and sad, I just wanted to get through this gym session and go. Top notch gym with great value.
I love the yellow theme - it’s lively (not depressing). The best is the cleanliness, you’ll always see staff members cleaning the machines or bathrooms. People also clean machines after themselves.
The staff is friendly and attentive.
As a gym they also have a good range of classes and working machines.

I have been a Chuze member since January 2017. Further, I called on December 14 2024 for information to cancel the membership and had two employees (one being the manager Martinez) with misleading information. I was told by both employees the only way to cancel the membership was through email or in person. Come to find out, I am able to cancel it through the app. This information was provided to me by a very polite employees from a different Chize location. Very rude two employees since I have a very bad cold and was trying to avoid showing up in person to prevent the spread of the cold. After have been a member for several years, is this the type of thank you I deserve from employees at the Rialto facility?

I've gone here multiple times and I have had a great experience overall. My only complaint is that the door to sauna is always open. I feel like I'm paying extra for no reason. Also, none of the rowing machines work. That's part of the reason why I like going to the Corona branch. Other than that it's great. Staff is great, equipment is good, and there are a variety of options to choose from.

It's a solid gym, don't get me wrong, but needs more cable instead of treadmills. I know I have to wait for everything for a while whenever I come in at any time of day Mon-Fri. As a serious lifter, it really sucks having to wait between the next movement.
I saw a bug near the theatre too, so that gave me the ick too.
Overall, the staff is amazing.
But for what you're paying for, I feel like it could be set up better.

The Rialto location has great parking! The lot is huge. I attend the 8:15 or 9:30 team training with Eli. It’s unlike any other team training session I’ve ever taken! He pushes you to a whole new level. He’ll adjust your form to ensure the workout is being done correctly. His energy is contagious. Overall incredible coach.

The staff there is friendly, the gym is clean, the machines are maintained, parking is very convenient and ample, the members there are most cordial and respectful.

Love chuze fitness. The staff is very professional and polite. They make you feel very welcoming when entering to do your workout. If you have any questions they are more than happy to assist you.
