I wanted to get into a workout routine to be able to follow consistently to maintain my fitness and energy levels and that's where Nikhil came in. Nikhil's classes bring the right amount of cardio and muscle training. Nikhil also provides a good variety of body and free weight exercises throughout the week. Nikhil is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and can tailor the workout to my specific needs as well. I look forward to Nikhil's classes and have found it to be a great way to kick start my day.

I have been attending Nikhil classes since few months now and I absolutely love it. He gives great attention and time to warmups and cool down, which really helped me in not having any injuries or pain after the workout. He nicely spread out the workout to various muscle-group during the week.
He is really passionate about workout and fitness and goes extra mile in helping me meet my goals.

I was never excited about exercise, but with 40 plus long joyful sans exercise years in my kitty, I was beginning to feel the need to take the challenge and turn into a “cool grandma” someday.

It wasn’t happening on my own, I needed a rock “star” to bring my intentions to experience and I am tremendously thankful to kick start my fitness experience with Nikhil.

He is a phenomenal coach, mentor dude and above all a friend everyone wants. We have trained for a year now and I kind of float on cloud 9 with my toned body and ample energy, my improved posture (yes, bring on that confident walk) and above all I am happy and encouraged with the progress.

I highly recommend Nikhil to anyone who is starting, plateaued or just bored with their fitness regimen.

Lockdown brought its own challenges. I just started consistenly but reluctantly going to gym and with lockdown I felt like I am walking back to my old self. I was introduced to Nikhil who very promptly replied and asked me to join the very next day. I was sore after my first workout with no fancy equipments or weights.

Nikhil is very knowledgeable and dedicated. He has been selflessly training all of us. He will be online on time every single day even if most of us keep taking days OFF. He works out with us continuously the entire 1 hr and encouraging us. He keeps correcting our forms and giving us variations for us to progress to the right technique.

Nikhil had lined up a wonderful sequence that targets all muscle groups. We workout 5 days a week. The workouts are different each day. Just when you think you got the hang of it, he surprises us with incremental timing or new exercises and shocks our system. We know this because we are sore in places we didnt realise existed. We had fun and innovative drills with coffee mugs, magazines, towels etc..

One year of working out under Nikhil's Guidance has been tremendously helpful in my small fitness journey. I have progressed from doing squats as a workout to doing squats in warmup. The workouts are intense but Nikhil always motivates us to try one extra set then another. Like a very GOOD COACH he knows when we have progressed even before we realize it ourselves.

Your positive attitude has really kept me going. I’ve enjoyed the training so much and am very grateful for your support. Thank you for helping me go beyond limits. You’re the best trainer EVER.

I have been attending HIIT classes with Nik for the last one year. I have to say it has been a wonderful experience.
